Always love to go to that store, although I have free shipping no minimum offer but I always love to go to that store, I can get all the help I need, Specially Gina, one of the sellers there, she’s simply amazing, she can spend an hour over her work time just to make sure you are satisfied and happy, I love her , she helped me a lot with my baby registry, thank you Gina & big thanks to buybuy baby xoxo

Went into this location after looking online for a particular Stokke stroller they had as in stock. I had even called and spoke with a female to confirm it was in stock before driving over an hour there. Once I arrived a heavy set blonde from the stroller dept informed me they don’t have it. I explained I had called to make sure they did before heading down there and she, with an attitude, said “idk what to tell you, we don’t have it” I obviously was annoyed and asked for a manager. A light skinned man came over and had such a bad attitude that I had to walk out before I acted out of character. Being 8 months pregnant and having called before hand I am beyond annoyed. I will not patron BBB ever again.

Wow... Ok so don't go here for party supplies. Why the advertise like there's stuff for in store purchases, idk. No one greets you or asks you if you need help or if you're finding everything ok unless you're near the exit. Even then they point to where stuffs at and🤷🏻♀️I literally did not find anything. Walked through the store in less than 5 minutes. Hate this place.

Beware everyone!! I tried to purchase a play mat, store is selling it at $79.99 while THEIR website is listing it at $64.99.. showed that to the manager named Edgar and he said it’s two different items!! I asked him to explain the difference or bring me the same one listed online but he didn’t know what to say and then decided to change it’s price as advertised online.. when I brought the 20% coupon to apply to it he refused to honor the coupon since it’s to him a price match deal!! What type of price match when the price is coming from their website!! Total rip off and lying.. very bad management!

When I called the cashier let me know right away that the department I needed was busy and that I might be on hold for a while. She then got back on after I had been on hold for about a minute to get my contact info so I wouldn't have to stay waiting on hold. Bradley in the furniture department was excellent. He called be back twice to get me accurate stock information and make sure that I had all the information I needed. Excellent communication between departments all around.

I just posted a bad review, so now I need to do my good karma and post a good review.I went to this store 2 weeks ago with my sis, she was having a bad day and needed to return a bunch of items.she returned them, but the price seemed wrong, so then the store clerk started trying to figure it all out, eventually she got the manager and the manager was so nice, even though I know we were being a pain, she went through each item, with its price, found the problem, all to only realize the first cashier dropped one of the items somewhere behind her before she scanned it, that is the only reason i docked one starthe manager though, even with the line backing up behind us, was very patient, and was only concerned with us and what we needed while with usvery glad to experience such customer service nowadays, and will think about buying all baby products from them in the future

I bought over $800 dollars worth of baby items and they accidentally gave me the wrong promotional gift card. I thought for sure I would be out of luck. I called the store and the store manager Theresa was very helpful and spent the time looking into the situation for me and went above and beyond to make sure I got my gift card. Thank you Upland Buy Buy Baby!

Stay away from this place! They tell you stuff that isn’t true just to make a sell. Horrible with returuns. They say returns are no problem, but that is not true. Even when you have everything they require for a return, they just give a “store credit”. We paid cash and my wife even listed it on her resgistry, but still “store credit only”. So many other great, honest retailers out there to treat customers this way with misleading offers and deceit.

This store and its policy are a joke. We registered here and immediately regretted it. They REFUSED to return a stupid boppy pillow even tho it was purchased thru their store however when we registered it was a different color( we just wanted to exchange it for the right color and they couldn’t even do that and don’t even dare to ask them for store credit). So they want to take 20% just because of that. Do yourself a favor and register at Target, customer service is obviously not in this retail stores vocabulary.

There was 1 person ahead of us in line doing returns and having issues with the returns. We waited behind her for 30 minutes (not exaggerating). It became so long that the other staff members were asking the manager to re open the register so that we could get through. She told them no the register was closed for the night. We had coupons and made it through the our purchases in 30 secs. It looks like I'll be doing my shopping online. The prices are better or the same online anyway and it would save me a lot more time. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because the staff was very helpful in the store.
