We worked with this company and they do not respect anyone. They are all about making a dollar not helping famies. When you call to confront them and ask they turn it on you as if you're in the wrong. They don't call you back when they do they make excuses and hang up on you. Also they don't communicate with each other we had several workers after repeating our request to have 2 at the most be on our case. Always late, short hours, send wrong gender, workers dont hsve correct car seats for transporting you name it it was wrong. RENAE and AMANDA holy cow RUDE is all I can say. I would run if they get assigned to you. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Unethical & unprofessional company that is only concerned about making $$!!! They treat employees awful, you don’t get paid for a month and your paychecks are always short.the lady that does the payroll is the owners wife and she doesn’t follow Nebraska’s wage & payment laws! She will not notify you if she is Reducing/disputing the information you submitted on your payment packet and will simply draw a red line on the submitted documentation before filing it in a file cabinet. If you address her about reduced payments she will say you improperly filled the packet out, become hostile with you and put the blame on you when she is at fault for unethically reducing your hours but you won’t find out for a month because that’s how long it takes to get paid! The director/owner instructs supervisors to edit workers documentation because he doesn’t want to lose a contract! I could do on forever!!! I am shocked that Beneficial Behavioral Health is still in business and I urge someone to audit their business practices! The more workers I met the more awful stories I heard about the company! I will be making an official complaint because this business isn’t following the law because I am an informed individual, not a disgruntled ex-employee. I will be submitting documentation to back up my claims so proper action can be taken against them.DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY If you a conscience or a moral compass!!

Unethical. The responses from "management" are hilarious lol. Take the feedback! It must be a full time job responding to all of these negative reviews. The average one star rating speaks for itself.Who has time to open an investigation? A bunch of he said she said. The reviews speak for themselves, especially in comparison to every other facility in the state of Nebraska. Lol Suck it up and accept the feedback!

This review is long over due from 4 years ago. Most of what everyone says here is true. This company is very unprofessional and they like to mess with your pay for their mistakes. They tell you one thing and then do something different behind your back. They also play favorites. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. Definitely don't recommend this company.

Feedback:

Any person who would like to work at this company should think twice. The supervisors are very incompetent, they just sit their asses and leave the workers all by themselves working in the field. If their are issues that needs to be addressed, supervisors wash their hands so they will look good. In short, workers will have to face everything all by themselves! If you mess with the supervisors, it’s either you quit or they fire you! The pay for the miles is NOT worth it too! Considering you travel a lot. You will have a lot of gas mileage, maintenance every two months or worse, every month! Haha! They are good in bullying!! Do not ever think of working for this company!!

Feedback:

There was 3 days of training, which is not enough time to learn all the steps needed for this job. I asked for help many times and even asked them to not put so many cases on me until I learn all the paperwork. Then they tried to hold my pay check because they didn’t have the paperwork right after I quit. I would never recommend anyone working there. They literally do training at least once a week which just shows poor on the management because the turn over rate is so high. Horrible experience based solely on the management.

Rewarding, tough, demanding, frustrating, challenging great job with friendly people. Requires professionalism, attention to detail and actually paying attention in training classes and to rules. People who quit are those who expect the job to be easy, don't realize the incursion into evening (and other) hours, or don't communicate multiple ways on multiple issues. People who get fired are those who do illegal activities, falsify reports, or lie about other issues. I love the job. I love my clients.

Feedback:

They will not properly train you. They will tell you youre doing well, that you are new so do not worry. Then after three weeks, you see your job posted online, you question about it and then you're let go because you werent trained properly. Even though you were repeatedly told you were doing okay etc. You were told about some of your mistakes but also told you would be able to get together and learn to fix them. Nope...fired after 3 weeks. Even after raising concerns, always being open and honest etc and yet just let go after 3 weeks.I loved the people I worked with. Personality wise they are great but this is a warning. Also, there are absolutely NO benefits. They will pay $50 a paycheck to you to "help" towards your health insurance. But there isn't PTO, sick days or vacation time. They have the bare minimum just to not have their doors closed or for them to legally be sued.

Feedback:

Terrible experience. Had an interview and it took management over an hour for them to get to me. Staff kept apologizing but I don't believe the director felt bad for holding me up. He definitely doesn't respect anyone's time but his own. I waited an hour to be told that the position I applied for had been filled. Unorganized and unprofessional. Definitely don't recommend this company.

Feedback:

I actually really enjoyed working for this company. People say you weren't trained properly but I think training was fine. You have meetings every Tuesday to see how everyone's doing. As long as you're doing things correctly, you shouldn't have a problem. The only thing that stinks, is if you're a new worker you don't get paid for about a month. You have to drive for your job so you're eating up gas constantly and need the money. Also, you're taking a lot of miles on your car. Other than that working for the company was great. Everyone's friendly. Works together, ect.
