went today for the first time and had an awesome experience. There was no line and the vibe was great. Benjamin answered all of my questions and even had some recommendations. I have been to a few dispensaries in Massachusetts and this was the best experience I have had at any of them. Well done, will be back soon.

Finally made it to Berkshire Roots after visiting many other dispensaries. I wish I'd came here sooner. No wait. Their prices were actually affordable and their products are some of the best I've tried. I purchased some flower and some extracts that imo were second to none. The staff was awesome. My budtender was Sam. She was super friendly and just as helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because the 1/2oz limit on flower, but I understand. My new favorite.

I had to give the one star because u've gone ahead and raised ur prices. $340.00 plus the 20% state tax for an oz of weed. Eeekkkk... It's not worth it to drive from NY anymore. We had a good run while it lasted.
