Dispensaries are way cooler in NorCal than SoCal and I’m a SoCal native. It was busy on a Saturday afternoon but checking out was quick. I was specifically looking for a THC infused tea bag and the guy who helped me took his time on explaining their options. Also got a joint to smoke in their lounge area, in the back, which was great. Great seating area, cute and clean. This is definitely a shop to come through if you’re just on a short trip like I was. Worth it!!

BEWARE! I bought a few oil cartridges and tried to exchange the FAULTY cartridge the very next day but was turned away RUDELY by the Mgr. Susan who argued with me about the return policy saying they do not return (but it is listed on the receipt that they do within 14 days). So I just took a big loss... BAD VIBES, BAD CARTS, ALL BAD!!!

I used to like this place until tonight. Near the counter is what I thought was a sample of topical oils in a small container. I opened it and to my surprise was nugs of marijuana. After I spent $48 in products some short haired curly girl came up to me and asked why I opened the container. I said I was curious what was inside so I opened it. She went on a rampage for 5 mins about how she couldn't sell the product anymore, down talking me as if I was a 5 year old. I am a grown 40 year old educated woman with 3 degrees. She kept asking me again, why did you feel the need to open the product? "I just told you it was my mistake, I thought it was a samply tester of topical oils. Then she goes on to say all dispensaries are ran the same, when you go to a dispensary they give go over their policy to not open products. I told her I have been to many dispensaries and not once have I ever been told not to open anything, let alone spoken to in this manner. She replies with "I have that hard to believe". I took that as she was insisting I was a liar. Worse experience at this place ever!! This is the last time I will ever spend my hard working money at a place with horrible customer service.

Beware and do not support. First off they took over the building and kicked out Bernal Collective that had strong roots in the hood. Then they removed the smoking lounge and attempted to charge you to smoke in their lounge. Mind you Bernal Collective worked hard to get that permit to blaze inside. Bernal Collective created an amazing, local community. I miss toking with 80-90yr olds at 8am there. These people completely destroyed that vibe. They raised prices and upsold everything. I visited after awhile and got burned on a battery charger they sold me that had Harvest logo on it. For some reason it would blink 3 times and not work with cartridges they sold there. I was hoping for some troubleshooting but the girl with black hair and tons of makeup flat out got defensive. The only thing they got going for them is Derek who constantly says hi and keeps the door in check at Harvest. Never again will I walk in there. Seriously, keep an eye out for these owners as they are not good for the community. Remember this!

Have you seen the series DISJOINTED with Kathy Bates? This dispensary is not quite like that, buy hey, recreational just become legal in CA. I was visiting the neighborhood from out of town and had to check it out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was happy ☺. Security is tight as I suspect there is much regulation. You will need ID.

This place used to be the spot but since it has gone recreational they went years back...You can’t touch or smell flowers here, you have to carry a shopping bag around & someone has to assist you, they open at 11:00 & will leave you waiting outside till 11:15, I feel they’re bud is not as good anymore, they have to give you a bag everytime you go there & charge you a dollar for it...Do yourself a favor & go to Purple Star MD!! down the street, better quality bud, cheaper prices, just an ID to come in, you go in & you are out in 3 minutes & theres no charge for the bag. I think I will never come back here again. Thanks!

Horrible experience. Myself, a friend, and my parents stopped by today for one of their events. My parents are visiting on vacation from Mexico and instead of something more tourist we decide to spend our night here.Bad mistake!In Mission Harvest we were hoping to receive great customer service and good quality meds. Instead we received the opposite. :(All employees acted very unorganized on where we can and can't be when coming in the shop for the first seven to ten minutes. We preregistered for the event too!Then finally, they hand us a basket and say everything has a price no complimentary samples and dabs are $5 each. Go buy what you like!They kept shifting us to the back of the shop to sit but then said no you must pay in the front to be back here. A man in the back was very rude to my mom. They said don't touch the food we do the serving here, you wait. I pulled out money and he said no good go back to the front very hostile like. I said this organization is very unorganized. Next thing you know this man said we all have to be escorted out because we are being disrespectful! All employees were white and we had cash out and they still threw us out and totally discriminated us for being the only non Caucasians present with a voice on how awful they were servicing us.Wow just wow! What an awful experience my parents and I received of the Bay scene with Cannabis thanks to Mission Harvest. No apollan este negocio racista! Do not support a racist compassion club!
