Ross is a very nice place to shop and I like their security who greeted us very polite with a happy face and I really love how they smile entering and exiting the store. But, this one lady in the cashier I forgot to get her name I think she was Samantha if I'm not mistaken she is very horrible and so mean with the customer. I don't like the way she treated the customer and sounds like that she owns the store. Calling the managers to shape us this horrible young lady teach her customer service pleaseee!!!
