Absolutely fantastic dispensary. I had the pleasure of spending 6 weeks in Portland and had the opportunity to explore the surrounding areas of University Park. I visited every dispensary within a close radius and i can say this one is by far the best one in town. Customer service is A+ (Huge shoutout to Safe and Chris-very knowledgeable and friendly) and the price point and selection are great (especially for that area where prices can be a bit high). They do sell out of their top shelf quick, so go in the morning! Only negative I can say is that I've occasionally gotten a bad preroll that wasn't packed very well, other than that. Big 5 star.

Pretty decent selection for a small shop, love the organization, could be more growers though, I see you guys expanding pretty soon. I loved the easy $10 and $15 per gram selection, very good flower and no dirt weed on sale to my knowledge. Good stuff for your money. I will definitely be making at least a few more stops out to Best Buds ❤️ thank you guys! :)-Ty

I’m completely at a loss as to why this dispensary has such high reviews. This is the worst dispensary I’ve been to in Oregon. The bottom shelf and the top shelf are no different, they both smell like hay. It’s disorganized and over priced while having limited selection. I made the mistake of coming here instead of Portland pot shop as they don’t open until late morning. Never again, I’d rather not have weed than pay for the what you guys sell. Also, Meraki needs to stop packing their prerolls so tight, totally unsmokable. Ridiculous. 2 stars given instead of one since you’re one of the few places open early morning.

Best Buds is hands down my favorite dispensary. The actual product ranges from budget dabs to some of the best flower I've smoked in OR. I actually live within walking distance of a different shop, but the service and cannabis here are so superior that I am happy to drive across the bridge to buy here instead. They also support the community. Go get some munchies at New Seasons, bring in your receipt and get 10% off! Disney, Michael, and everyone else here just exudes such warmth for their clients.

Visiting from Alaska and they answered all my questions and on top of that I wanted to buy pre-rolls but they convinced me to buy flower for a better deal and then offered to roll it up themselves right in front of me! I love Portland's Best Buds.. The staff is always very sweet to me. When I go in and ask about best pain remedies for fibromyalgia they suggest the flowers that hit the spot. I love the friendly service at Portland's Best Buds, for I feel loved amd appreciated. Prices are amazing and they have indicas that are fire and I love indicas. Plus it's 3 blocks away from where I live, so I can walk there.. I love them....

Super awesome great prices plus my first time in i caught a vendor so not only did i get what i was looking for a nice concentrate i went with key lime pie and its crazy good i got a discount and a free battery which was nice i just moved here so it was a nice little welcome i guess, plus their cartridges were adjustable which was cool ive never seen that so definitely stoked for those. Currently on my way for more goodies now.

Very Racist... We were overlooked not once but several times. Saturday,July 13, 12:15 p.m. a 40 year old female worker here was extremely Racist - she overlooked us and refused to help us. I approaced her, she reluctantly assisted. She was rude, and asked for our identification cards, after seeing them once, repeatedly. She asked in a defensive manner if I was upset, I explained I wasn't angry, I'd revise my review. This is the second time we purchased from this location and each time we are met with disdainful looks. It is opened at convenient hours. One employee here assisted me by explaining what "Charolette's Web" is. Very helpful. Minorities need not go, as the female owner was present once and is the same, unfortunately I can't support a local business which treats other colors in a 50's manner.

Very, very limited selection of flower and oil. Oil was old and flower looked pretty bad compared to other shops in the area. Guy helping me (long hair and glasses) was nice but I could barely hear him - his coworkers were being loud and obnoxious.Edit: Yes, it was Portland Best Buds. Positive it was you....denial isn't healthy guys.
