In response to Susan Reckon's review who gave this collective a one star. First and foremost, this collective is by far one of the best collectives in Los Angeles. Not only are the products they carry the best there is in LA but the staff is also amazing. They are super friendly and make you feel like home. And there is no other place I would even think about going to. They are by far the best there is. Now in regards to Susan's review. I was one of the five people who were in the waiting room and want to set the record straight. Susan was on the phone and almost ran over one of the employees. Then she gets upset and overly emotional and was unjustified in requesting an apology. She is the one who needs to apologize. I have several female friends who are also patients here and I'm certain they would agree with me in saying that this is by far the best collective for men an women alike. They are genuinely good people and would recommend this collective to everybody regardless of gender, race, ethnicity or anything else.
