My own experience for this Kaiser Permanente is very bad I came in @ 130am for my daughter had a fever of 102.5 and check in was fast and vital were done fast and i ask the nurse is there a estimated wait time he said 1hr and 30mins been. Here for 3hrs now and i ask how much longer the next nurse said oh it depends on the conditions and how serious it is . Im sitting here watching the staff watch movies and falling asleep and gossiping about patients that walk in after vitals. If i knew this ER was like this i would have drove to Anaheim kaiser
