EDIT: Jan 6, 2020. This misunderstanding was handled very professionally by the manager, Jeremy. He more than made up for the issues we had weeks ago. I will continue to come here for the Honu body butter, Falcanna flower and Canna Organix cartridges. It's convenient and the product is consistently great. I've never received 2 year old flower here. Unlike some other places. It's also nice and bright in the store. I do like coming here and am happy to continue to consider Clear Choice one of my preferred shops in Kitsap. I have been coming here for about a year and sometimes it's been irritating with the lack of inventory updates as well as the inconsistent service. However, today my old dad ordered two 3.5g jars of The Green Vault Pineapple Express. He's 76, so we just place an online order so he can just go in and pick it up. This time, they had some issue my dad didn't really understand and then told him the order was about 1.5x more than the cart was when we checked out. He's a senior and receives a discount. These two bottles were supposed to be $30 before the discount. When he went to check out he was expecting to pay $24 with his discount. So they took one of the bottles out and replaced it with a smaller jar and also charged him more than he was supposed to pay. I have pictures of the cart and I am sending them to the state's attorney's office along with the receipt. This is bad behavior. Shame on them for taking advantage of an old man.
