Feedback:
The staff at Bigfoot treats you like your favorite celebrity. Bigfoot embodies the phrase "quality over quantity". They don't unnecessarily overstock the displays in hopes of allowing the colorfully packaged product to woo you. At Bigfoot wellness there are only items you'd be recreationally satisfied or medically treated in your consumption. And additionally it's all tested and reasonably priced.

Very underwhelming... everything is pre weighed out so you don’t know how long it’s been sitting on shelf. People were awkward except the dude up front. The dog was a bonus. They had maybe 4 strains of flower and maybe 6 strains of concentrate. The concentrate I bought was $$$$ and didn’t get me as medicated as the 50$ wax I bought at Green Culture. It’s a pretty storefront, nice atmosphere. Just need more variety of buds.

As soon as you walk in a staff member greats you at the door. If there is a small wait you are asked to wait in their extremely comfortable waiting room, which has some taller chairs making it easier to get on and off the chair when you get called back. As soon as you walk back you are linked with a knowledgeable budtender, and there isn't any guessing work involved. They show you what product they have in stock (keep in mind there is a shortage right now) and will talk in detail with you about it. I liked that you had to pay at a separate window than the counter making it to where you have both a budtender and cashier. I was able to walk out with a pretty good deal, and a great feeling of positivity.

The staff was friendly, and the building was clean. That's the only reason they got that third star. They only offer $15 grams and only had four or five strains to choose from, but it doesn't matter the strain, CBD/THC content, everything is $15 a gram. When I got home and opened my containers I was pretty disappointed with what they contained. Crumbs and dust sum it up best. I wouldn't pay more than $8 a gram for what they're selling at $15. Not sure if they feel that because they're one of only three licensed places in Flint that they can pull this or if the state itself has put these horrible practices in place but I do know I will not be back. Again, the staff and cleanliness of the dispensary are what get the stars here. The medicine is subpar and vastly overpriced, in my honest opinion. I've included a pic of the worst of the $15 gram that absolutely in no way could weigh a full gram but I don't have a gram scale so maybe it does. As you can see, the flower is in small pieces and those chunks are hard as rock and turned to straight dust just by pinching them. I wish them the best of luck, but I will not be returning.

Bud tenders and staff are really nice and friendly but not happy with the price or quality of flower. They are charging $15 a gram for everything and the flower I received was basically shake, I can’t post a picture of the bud for some reason but definitely not worth $15. I almost didn’t buy anything due to the prices and now after getting home and seeing the quality of product I wish I hadn’t bought any at all. Definitely won’t be a repeat customer. And I found seeds in the flower as well.

This dispensary left me very disappointed. My wife enjoys a certain strain and asked if they had anything similar to it in stock and was told that they don't sell out the back door like the guys across the street. I do not want to listen to service people make unfounded accusations about thier competition. They were charging $15.00 a gram for what amounted to shake and did not give me the opportunity to inspect the quality of what I was buying as they pre weighed it and handed it to me in a sstappled bag. I have frequented every dispensary within an hour drive of me and this was one of the worst experiences. I will not be back, even if they are the only ones with currently updated licensing.

This place is RACIST. If you are not white, be prepared to have white people get helped before you even though you were there first. Be prepared to not be helped even after the white people who came in after you acknowledge and inform the employee that you were there before them. I say people, because it happened multiple time. I refuse to spend anymore money at this place even though it used to be one of my favorite places to go. I will not spend money where I am not respected.

After reading reviews in the area I decided to try out Bigfoot and was very impressed!!! Budtender Aaron was amazing and very helpful, I work in customer service and anytime I am treated as well as I was today it really stands out to me because I know how challenging it can be to do with every customer lol, anyways great place and I recommend it to anyone
