I think a little education is needed. The owner HAS to ask you for ID. This dispensary originated and was licensed as a medical purposes only retail cannabis outlet. Until recently you needed a prescription to buy here. Please keep in mind the legal fees and city fines they have had to (and still are) incur to stay open, so the people who truly need it for medical reasons can still acquire it. This is why there are no sales on product. How lucky you are that you can go there and purchase cannabis as it IS still illegal. I thank the owner for sticking it out. I know that what I buy there is going to be of high quality. Cut the lady some slack she works hard and works even harder to stay open, for us, her loyal customers she has had for years.

Older lady was a complete grump and acted like each question I had about the product was a bother and didn't provide any information. She completely ruin my experience at the store and make me want to find another place to buy. If she hates her job so much it's up to her to make a change about it. Please teach her what customer service is all about before she drives all your customers away.

My husband and I were in your store this afternoon and I honestly would not return. If I had the time to go to Vernon Black Crow today I wouldn't have even bought my medicinal here. You had a poor attitude the minute we walked through the door. I completely understand the Government ID. Which I had and my husband did not. But the way you asked him to leave was very uncalled for. We asked if you had the same deals as Vernon which you stated you did not and we asked why, and while I do understand the reasoning the remainder of your response was uncalled for. Stating this is your store and if you want to raise the prices you will do what you want as there is only you around and people will still come. That is very poor ownership. Since leaving there I have found out you are not the only store in West Kelowna and while yes the other store is associated with Black Crow in Vernon, I am very pleased to hear that you do not have any part of OCS! I will be taking my business there for now on and telling everyone I know to go there as well and get as many people I know to boycott your store. Have a great day.

Haha honestly completely agree with all the other reviewers... Thought maybe I was just being too sensitive. But no the lady is a complete B!! Like seriously you should probably sell a different product if you hate your life so much. Just a bad vibe all around. I don't understand how black crow Herbals and okanogan cannabis in West bank have the same owner?? It has much nicer staff and store all together. Disappointing that this is the character of people that are supposed to be providing a medicinal service to customers!!! To finalize: don't worry everybody businesses like this will have no chance of existing when the legal market comes out in October. She will be shut down and probably alienated from the whole valley as it seems:)

As a daily legal medical marijuana user and a carded member of black crow in Vernon I can’t believe how disrespectful and rude the staff is in this place! I’ve tried going here on 3 separate occasions just to give it a chance and every time it’s the same, rude staff that is literally off put by being asked questions about there product!! I was told today that no one has ever asked them to look at there flower before buying it! Then when i called it weed I was very rudely corrected that it’s “medical marijuana”! LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!

But I guess my money isn't green enough...Maybe try some of your product? Loosen up a but. I was just trying to be a local customer. But that's gone out the window. Shame too since okanagan cannabis solutions is shutting down...I hope you dont treat others that come from there this way.

I have never been in the store but would not support this business after reading how the (assumed) manager/owner reacts to bad reviews. As a business owner you should act professional and learn how to react to criticism in a professional manner. In this emerging industry I believe it is important that all representatives of the industry convey nothing but respect and professionalism.

I don't know what all the complaining is about because after calling other medical dispensary I contacted in AB and west of here. Black Crow staff have shown me nothing but respect and good, truthful information in regards to friends and family that have been diagnosed with various serious illnesses. I am truly thankful for their help in the past and hopefully into the future.

This is by far the worst dispensary I've ever been to. Dusty, stingy products. The owner is very rude. She looks judgmental and suspect of everyone that walks into the store. I reluctantly purchased a few cone joints that were only half filled. They burned poorly, and canoed into an un-smokable mess immediately. I don't recommend this store to anyone. The responses from the owner to these bad reviews is evidence enough that she doesn't know how to run a business. She needs to be shut down. She's a horrible representative of herbal medicines.This is not an alias for JR. I am who my name says I am. I don't appreciate being accused of holding a grudge where there is none. You've again demonstrated your lack of professionalism and courtesy in your response to my poor review. I'll be telling everyone I know to boycott your business. I would also advise this "JR" that he pursue legal action against you for defamation.Great to hear you’re getting shut down. Hopefully they don’t let you open again. The community will be safer and better off without your shop around.

Beware they will skimp you on everything and overcharge you! Came in on a weekday and picked up around 500$ worth of product . I had selected an 8th of 4 different strains and each when taken home was only 2 grams , not to mention the buds were not dried correctly. i than purchased several edibles which when i took a look at my receipt , it did not match the listed prices. ALSO be warned they will try to tack on extra fees.
