Only reason this is my favorite dispensary is because of the AMAZING SECURITY GUY. He’s the absolute homie. I wouldn’t have any other reason to go to this dispensary but his energy and enthusiasm is unmatched. A. Shabazz - This man deserves a promotion. Really established a great connection with me and my dad. Great guy, will come back time and time again.

Huge dispensery! I used to frequent this dispensery often for medical product, but every since Michigan approved recreational product, the State of Michigan has gotten involved with regulations, and Far West has seemingly been forced to limit their offerings. Still a big selection, just limited in variety as compared to some of the other dispenseries that I frequent.

UNBIASED: Absolutely love this dispensary. The staff is one of the most knowledgeable that I have experienced in SE Michigan. Their product selection is unmatched as well as their prices. The only inconvenience for me is driving up to 8 mile when there are closer dispensaries. Regardless, when I come here I'm ready to get the best deals and service.

I bought a oz of headband on sale for $89.00 the guy that sold it to me, spoke very highly of the strain, I suffer from many different pain producing medical conditions, so I count on my marijuana to help me, so I dont have to use pain pills , I tried to finish consuming the the marijuana, and it did nothing more than give me headaches, I had 16 grams left, I took it back to them, I was just looking return it for a credit, towards buying more but different product from them, they denied my request, keep in mind that I have been buying from them since they opened, and I have Never tried to return anything!! And I have bought lots of marijuana from them , you would think they would take the $45 in marijuana that i had left and give me a credit towards the other marijuana I was going to buy, but NO they offered Nothing At All! They lost a good customer, but I know they dont care. I will gladly spend my money at another dispensary. Poor Customer Service!

Based on the size and the parking lot, plus the giant billboard, I decided to take a chance and try Far West. I was very disappointed. The friendliest person in the place was the security guard. Normally, I buy half grams of strains I want to try. They did not allow that. As a first time patient my free thing was a battery (I don’t even use those).

Not too many shops open right now and this place is taking full advantage. WAY over priced for sub par product. I will NEVER go back and I will be sure to spread the word to EVERY SINGLE PATIENT I KNOW. I'd go without before I'd ever give this poorly run, sh#tty attitude place a dime. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE TO THE NEXT.

I've been going here a while ... and I'm getting annoyed reading the most recent reviews ... what did you think was gonna happen wen weed went legal ... the government and probaly some government contracted grower all get there fingers in the pie including medical sales so all this whining about price ain't there fault there not gouging there in compliance. As for the staff I'm on a first name basis with most and have never had a bad experience with anyone so im not sure why people keep saying the staff wasn't friendly cuz they verry much are .. in conclusion if you don't like the prices then go somewhere else or right your congress and governor.

I just recently got my card I’ve only been to 4 or 5 places so far but far west was by far the cleanest the customer service was great I wish I got the girls name but she was the first booth on the right cute black girl. She was honestly the best bud tender giver LOL whatever you call them she was great I will definitely be coming back. 👍🏻👍🏻

It is really hard to find a great place that fits you! am disappointed because the girl on the counter was not friendly and not even a pre roll for all the money I threw at her. I paid 12 dollars for that. Not bad. And still! That is bad business. I will never go back. The girl at window was also somber and not friendly. Why does she need to be behind a window? There is a guard,, we have documents. I liked guard tho..I will drive to ann arbor and be treated like I matter. I tried, I did!

Nice selection for medicine, the problem is the staff. The younger woman Mika that helped me today was accommodating and accurate. I stepped towards the area with edibles and was instantly taken aback by the older woman on the other counter yelling step away from there. Here is a tip, have one of the 10 employees work that counter instead of yelling at a customer who was just looking to buy more medicine.
