This place is extremely strict, which I can respect because I'm sure it's to protect their business and the product. However, it really was off-putting that when I simply tried to turn a package around to read the back, I was sharply told that I couldn't touch that. I just wanted to read it.... sorry?Great variety, competitive pricing and the man who greeted us up front was SUPER NICE. Overall, not a bad experience but I was definitely not as comfortable as I would like to be whilst browsing products.

No menu online no online ordering during a pandemic rude lazy staff and they have the nerve to be so high priced Gabriel products @ $55.00 an 8th and the exact same in Covington foe $35 an 8th that alone is enough for me to never go here again and i live just across the street this place needs new management as the newest one appears to be very scatter brained and all over the place not sure but neither is he I give one star because I have to

This place is stellar. I always have a great experience here. The tenders are very knowledgeable about their product and always wonderful to interact with. My friend and I were there near closing on the 21st and I am extremely impressed with how they are dealing with the virus situation. They are taking social distancing seriously. Again. Amazing staff that evening.

One person on the register while one other person runs around trying to help the multitude of customers coming in the door. Had to wait 10 minutes for help and then another 5 minutes to pay and leave. Very inefficient system. On top of that they are not knowledgable on their products, they don't show you the product you choose unless you specifically ask them. The last 3 times I've gone and asked for recommendations they've given me jars of old, nearly expired weed. The budtenders are friendly enough but every time I go in I feel like I'm in a McDonald's the way the staff looks at you with disdain. They have a large selection but every single product is at least $2 more than every other dispensary I've ever been to, in Washington and Oregon.

Stopped in tonight because I didn’t feel like driving out of town and the bud tender was so baked she couldn’t remember who had been waiting to be helped first, so I waited for 10 minutes, after at least four people in line after me were helped first. Don’t bother asking the bud tenders for recommendations, they’ll just peddle you some mids.

Everyone was polite, but there needs to be someone knowledgeable making the sales. Bought a cartridge without being able to look at it myself u til after I paid. Thing is, I asked for a full gram. I got a half gram and for the price, not worth it. Now I'm stuck with a product i DONT WANT and it's because I wasnt able to examine it before buying.

So I've shopped here a long time. Used to be my favorite shop. Now the prices are so high that the extra 5 minute drive to a different shop is more than worth it. My final straw today is being sold the wrong product.when you pick out your product the go get it and out it in a cup behind the cashier. You don't see what you actually get until you pay. When I talked to them they told me I should be double checking my product that they take behind the counter. This place has turned into a joke and often you get less than satisfying service and as much as they think they know product, they don't. Who knew selling pot was so hard.

They have some pretty good products at this budhut (can’t say that for the others). I really enjoy their $6 infused .75g joints! They’re just $2-3 over priced on everything, but it’s easier than going to Issaquah or Covington. Their rewards is a joke as I shop there everyday and yet have had the verification text. Overall they deserve 4 stars because their budtenders are awesome.

Wish they would restock their drinks more often. Everytime I go in there they ARE SOLD OUT of sooooo many things. Also, get ready to sit and wait for 20 minutes while one employee runs around trying to serve all the customers.( Not the employees fault I feel bad they get paid minimum wage running with their head cut off while the owner is making his millions) it's worth it if you don't want to drive to Covington or Auburn but if I have time I almost always will head to Covington for my needs.

Absolutely love this location. Its conviently located near 4-corners Maple Valley, across from Fred-Meyers. Its one of the only locations around that area that will accept either Cash or Debit/Credit Card transactions. They have great specials and highly educated bud-tenders who are looking out for you and saving you money. I will be coming back for sure. Was surprised to find one last 3.5g jar of Pineapple Express which is one of my favorites. Thanks a lot team. Have a great weekend. 10/10
