Bloom in Peoria:I came in first thing in the morning 9am. I'm not concerned with product bloom has great deals and great products. 5 stars for that, but with blooms customer service ONE STAR . I told the employee this is the last time I would be in because of how I was treated. I was told i need to bring back my whole order which is a real inconvenience. And when I got there she apologized that I didnt need to bring back my whole order. Which tells me they make up Policies. I purchased over 200 dollars worth of stuff and one brand "The Clear" didnt work one three of the pens I have I was told I needed to purchase a new pen. And I purchased more of timeless then anything on this day. The clear cartridge didnt work on any of my pens so I'm stuck with a product I cant use. Then they told me if I would like to buy one of their pens. No. Last time I'll be here thank you for your time. They called telling me they can take off 25% off a pen again the point is telling the customer their they can take care of the problem not after when they already left. again my point of blooms customer service. I shouldnt be told after I'm home they can "try to fix it". Again I'm stuck with a product I cant use I dont wish to spend more money it could have cost me a penny and I still wouldn't have given my money. Take care of the customer let them know were sorry we sold you a product you couldn't use can we exchange for something that will work when you get home. I even told the young lady " i dont really like trying new products I stick to one brand (timeless) that should give reason to let the customer know they may need a new pen but no you continue with the sale as if it's okay. I was even willing to exchange it for something of lesser value but no. I wish to be taken care of fairly. Blooms cares about getting the customers money rather then making it right. Please check Emerald or white mountain dispensary they take pride not just in their business but the customers that walk through the door. Countless of times they have taken care of me. Bloom isn't a place that values customers. 👎
