Horrible customer service. I called to ask a few questions about the process being I’m not from Arizona. In the middle of me asking a question she asked if I had a medical card, I informed her that I didn’t but wanted to know about the services and if they delivered once I obtain my medical card and she slammed the phone down and hung me up. I surly felt disrespected and decided to call back and requested to speak with the manager. She was very helpful and agreed that’s not the way they operate and would address the issue with that co-worker. I work to hard for the little dollars I do have and would only allocate them where I am evenly respected. In today’s world it’s so much going on with race issues that companies should go out there way to make each individual feels they are being treated just like everyone else. I can assure you it’s not that way at blooms dispensary as the disrespect was unacceptable and would not recommend anyone to give them a try with the possibility of that treatment. As a black man, I wouldn’t sign off on this company for us to support as a race and neither should you.#DoYourPartForChange

I am very happy I moved closer to a Bloom dispensary. Professional staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. Love the cost for top quality medication. Deals! Patient advisors know brands and always give great recommendations. Fast service without losing that 1 on 1 attention. Clean facility and safe environment.Shoutout to Ricky! He really breaks cannabis down to a science and it’s good to know Bloom dispensary has truly experienced Advisors/management. Ricky always gives me a perfect med for what I need and explains the effects to a T! Keeps me informed! Go to Bloom! They actually want to help treat your medical issues and not other many medical dispensaries actually want to help/ just make money like a typical business.

Horrible spot.. been coming here for a while but tonight they sent me home with nothing because they smelt alcohol on my breath.. they threw me out.. wasted my time and gas.. didn't even gimme an explanation other than that my breath smelt like I had been drinking.. which I have been but I said no words to anybody and I went there to get weed!!! The Arabian security guard hates white people.. I will never come back to bloom. Worst experience with buying weed in my life

I’ve been going to this dispensary for a little over three years now, I would much rather drive to Bloom than go to a local Mesa dispo. After today I don’t think I want to visit bloom. They have replaced the whole sales team completely and they lack customer service. The manager doesn’t take responsibility for his employees mess ups. Only person I find wholesome and respectful is, Alex. After Delaney was rude and forgot to add my free eight Alex went above to fix it. Still don’t think I’ll be back to bloom after today’s lack of customer receive and rudeness.

This place has always got great products at affordable prices and plenty of daily deals to keep you stocked up without breaking the bank. I recommend them to anyone looking for bulk ounces at low prices. Did I mention that all the staff are really awesome people who make the experience a good one every time? Even now they stay open so everyone can still get affordable meds with their pickup option so you can keep your distance and get medicated.

I have to say I was very skeptical about trying their flower. I felt that way because everything is in the same price range. I'm also tired of buying $50 eighths because I want top shelf. Sometimes it's dried out from sitting because there are so many other cheaper stains. Or I can't get Mohave. Well Bloom and Lindsey have changed that!! I'm happy to say I found a dispensary home. Their flower is 🔥🔥

***UPDATE***Bloom has the best shatter and other extracts out there, for the price nothing comes close. This place really seems to have developed good systems to keep its customers happy! I have had great service here. Royal koolato flower was bomb as well!Update: this place has been on point lately.

The product is mid-quality. Their office setup is a real down trip though. I don't know if they're trying to save time or if they're tired of being robbed, but the overall experience is mediocre. I wouldn't say that mid-quality is bad, their King Louie will do the trick. But I paid twice what I've paid elsewhere for a small gain in quality.

Ordered delivery from this place around 11am. They called me around 2pm to let me know it wouldn't be here until 5pm. Ok I think, they must be extremely busy or their system broke. At 5pm, I get a message that the order won't be here until 6pm. This is unacceptable for a place centered around patient care. While I hope they can get their act together in the future, for now I'll probably just avoid them and shop elsewhere.
