Purchased an expired product at their Sedona location. I live 3 hours away so trying to return it in store is not really possible so I’ve tried calling the store to see what options I have in returning it by mail cause it wasn’t my fault I was sold a product that expired on 05/25/2019 (this is not the harvest date) and I purchased the item in 02/16/2020. Not happy with the dispensary, just gonna have to accept I wasted $25 on a expired product. Thanks

I can only give 2 stars because although the dispensary has a lovely boutique atmosphere and the staff is always friendly and professional,,the store itself never has any high CBD flower. For this I have to drive to cottonwood or Flagstaff. Very disappointed that I repeatedly ask for high CBD flower and all they carry is a high THC which aggravates my sons symptoms

Unfortunately it seems like the management at this certain dispensary isn't up to par. I go here frequently I like to go because they have $99 deals and a majority of the time if you don't get off work early in the day or if you do have a job you're not getting the deal. This unfortunate this was the 5th time that I've went there and I watch it go out the door as I walked in so if you think it happened it would be nice if they could go ahead and have a backup reserve ready for customers that are coming exclusively for that item 50 miles 100 miles round trip for nothing .

Sorry Phoenix bloom Sedona is the one who sucks as they CHEATED ME out of 4500 points. They said they were having problems with their computer program. One month later after a couple of subsequent purchases they said they lost my points temporarily, they would show up after after the Fix. What liars and cheats. Worst store in AZ. Dry,lousy tasting meds. I'm also fully disabled, how could they cheat anyone let alone me. BEWARE! THIS is ZERO star place.OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

HAD TO ADD 1 STAR BUT -5 STARS IS MY RATING-Bloom Dispensary and staff in Sedona are liars the business is very shady including staff refused to take any action or return my phone calls after their ATM stole $40 from me deleting it from my bank account; Chase bank corrected the issue for me. Beware of their scam - trust me DON'T LEAVE THE FRONT DESK UNTIL KIA OR DEB GIVES YOU BACK YOUR MM PROGRAM LICENSE... Harvest in Cottonwood has better quality better prices and I never have to be on guard for some kind of ripoff or fraud.

Bloom in Peoria:I came in first thing in the morning 9am. I'm not concerned with product bloom has great deals and great products. 5 stars for that, but with blooms customer service ONE STAR . I told the employee this is the last time I would be in because of how I was treated. I was told i need to bring back my whole order which is a real inconvenience. And when I got there she apologized that I didnt need to bring back my whole order. Which tells me they make up Policies. I purchased over 200 dollars worth of stuff and one brand "The Clear" didnt work one three of the pens I have I was told I needed to purchase a new pen. And I purchased more of timeless then anything on this day. The clear cartridge didnt work on any of my pens so I'm stuck with a product I cant use. Then they told me if I would like to buy one of their pens. No. Last time I'll be here thank you for your time. They called telling me they can take off 25% off a pen again the point is telling the customer their they can take care of the problem not after when they already left. again my point of blooms customer service. I shouldnt be told after I'm home they can "try to fix it". Again I'm stuck with a product I cant use I dont wish to spend more money it could have cost me a penny and I still wouldn't have given my money. Take care of the customer let them know were sorry we sold you a product you couldn't use can we exchange for something that will work when you get home. I even told the young lady " i dont really like trying new products I stick to one brand (timeless) that should give reason to let the customer know they may need a new pen but no you continue with the sale as if it's okay. I was even willing to exchange it for something of lesser value but no. I wish to be taken care of fairly. Blooms cares about getting the customers money rather then making it right. Please check Emerald or white mountain dispensary they take pride not just in their business but the customers that walk through the door. Countless of times they have taken care of me. Bloom isn't a place that values customers. 👎

This lovely dispensary found in a peaceful courtyard had such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff have all been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are affordable and fair, with deals and specials (like the Wednesday prerolls; what a deal!) leaving me feeling like I got quality buds without getting ripped off. I am so happy I switched to Bloom

Loved this dispensary. The budtenders are a riot and have really good insight and knowledge. Flower is nice and fresh and they had a good selection of strains.They are kind of hard to find and their parking is in the back off another street. Then there aren't any signs to tell you how to get in to the shop itself. Their First Time Patient incentive program could have been better, but other than that... Bloom - Sedona is a decent place to pick up flower.
