Customer service sux!!!Give your money to anybody else!One Substance puts your goods in paper bag the other wants to charge you a dollar for the childproof bag......make up your mind!!!!Make a suggestion and you get mouth back....eff ewe!

SUBSTANCE BEND (Division St.)They understand that I understand cannabinoids. They ask each other questions, in consensus with the coustomer (myself), to what I have found becomes the correct solution. Well communicated with an emphasis on teamwork and SAFETY against a killer. Substance is a great place to shop for your medical or rec needs the have a very kind and knowledgeable staff who will help you pick your medicine if your not sure what you need they have a great price and variety range and you can spend with them at almost any level wether that be on a expensive bor tight budget this place has something to offer everyone they have daily deals aswell as specials for certain products hard to beat their quality and charm substance is the place to go forsure if your in bend...but don't forget to bring an exit bag or they will charge you a $1Be kind and share with the ones you love #420

Substance, What has happened??? you were my FAV weed store.. you used to have a super friendly staff and great prices on flower. last two times I've been in there, all new staff. NOT FRIENDLY, and suddenly no more good deals on flowerWAY TOO much competition around for bad service and overpriced bud. loved your old layout WAY Better toosorry but moving along

Absolutely horrible experience went to the empire store which close 12 minutes early tried calling but was on able to get any of their stores to answer the telephone they just ignored us so we raced at their other location and were there five minutes before closing where the guys lock the door right in front of my face and told me he could not help So I guess even Though I know for a fact they have till 10 o’clock to help you legally 10 o’clock is not a realistic closing time for them and don’t expect any customer service near closing time very disappointed been a loyal customer since they opened and have spent thousands of dollars there But was discarded because people want to close early

Hey guys. Y’all have been killi!n’ it. Stu and Grace have been some of the most helpful budtenders and cannabis counselors I have seen in this community. Substance carry’s a wide variety of products and a selection of brands unmatched in town. They are attentive, patient and kind, but not over-bearing. Props to Stu, Grace and the whole Substance crew for being THE resource in Town for knowledge and variety. “Drink Magic Number’s drops, they’ll change your world!”

With the constant hiring and firing of their inexperience staff! "you never get" a real good understanding of what they're trying to sell you?, instead of what you came in there for,? Has a stiff dentist feel "overly friendly" Tu lane traffic jam counter,! Lots of old flower deals n week vape pens with poor batteries are pushed hard, with a don't worry bring it back policy!.?. they failed to tell you within 72 hours! Or sorry. As this dispensary forgets who made them famous! they constantly gouge you. it appears all other dispensaries beat their prices between 10 to $24 on oils. As much as 75 on an ounce!. It doesn't feel like a pot store? It doesn't smell like ?."The Herb Centre" just up the street! old school rich in "pungent smells"! the gank!, the good organic medicine you can smell it from the parking lot!, A real Dispensary. The beginner substance people that are working there, are the Nerds from your sixth grade class that finally got to be cool cuz they're at a dysfunctional store!.says local Google Map guide who majored in business now a retired Ranch owner of a high desert Terrebonne Herb Farm.

Awesome selection, friendly, helpful staff, more than fair pricing, and takes care of it's medical roots...5 stars!This place started as Bloom Well... I still have one of their original jars they gave us... It has maintained that local feeling and had never forgotten it's medical roots. For this, I now tip my hat in this and the sister store on Empire as my favorite Central Oregon Dispensary. While many other places have moved away from the people that carried them into existence, Substance remains a loyal friend and true... Kudos!

Kind of weird I got on here expecting to see the owner's response to mine regarding the new remodel for my wife who is disabled and saw that my review is actually gone and so is quite a few of the others regarding your Remodel and are just met in it. So I guess I'll ask the question again why? It's very difficult for disabled people to move around my wife has been there for years and they loved it but now it's very overwhelming and very difficult for her neurological issues as well as people with wheelchairs Etc really wish she hadn't changed it we've heard a lot of negative about it but the weeds good.

What a gift this place is!!! I've only been to the North location but I couldnt be happier! There has always been a gal & a younger guy working when I've gone in in the evening.so friendly & so so helpful! We had a whole educational conversation about the pax pens. Blew. My. Mind. Fantastic variety in all their products. I love the menus. I love the bright cleanliness. I just love them and they may well be my new favorite dispensary!!! Go see them. Right now. Stop reading reviews, tap directions & go! You will not be disappointed!!!
