Outstanding organization! Went above and beyond to satisfy any issues, questions, or future inquiries! I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Offered me a place to sit and wait with water if I’d like. Very clean and organized office. Staff was outstanding. Period. Dr. Has any knowledge of any question that may be at hand and will help you to best suit your wants and needs. But at the same time not forcing you to make a decision based on only their opinion but take your opinion into consideration as well.

After my experience, this is the best vape available in ny. My only complaint, not always a full product, and for the price, it's not justified to short anything product wyse. In fact, it's illegal to short product amounts of any type to a customer. Medically or non medically. So my question is why do so. Be the best in ny, gain the trust of your customer's, your booked non stop then in ny. In fact, I know you can, but don't do so. Q&A needs attention here. Fully fulfill products and no other place could compare to you, and your's, at that point. It's a huge mistake to make. So 4 star's is very fair here. Prices and short products and all.

MedMen was a great experience for us. My girlfriend is a patient and everyone was so helpful. I believe Kristy was her name at the front desk and she was very knowledgeable about the products and informed us about the sales and CBD Products. We met Nick the pharmacist and he was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable being there. Also walking out we received a big thank you and have a great day. I will recommend MedMen to anyone. Such nice staff! Great products as well.

My husband has been a steady customer for months and he has spent thousands bought many many vape pens and drops. The staff is always nice but last time we were there my husband wanted the drops and one vape pen- He ordered walked out to the car got in looked in the bag Saw the 3 vape pens immediately went back in . He told them that it was wrong and they couldn’t do anything for him. No returns. I get it the no returns of course - but he literally was gone less than 3-4 minutes!! With all the cash we spend there -Seriously- Sometimes in business you have to bend the rules especially when tampering with it in that amount of time is clearly impossible. I am going to attach a pic if the system lets me of a MedMen pen out of the box is only half full?! We can take our money elsewhere Chris Jenner

I like they're awake cannabis I think that one's really good. It is really a good sativa. Now that etain has come back to Binghamton it might want to be tried. I do like the awake a lot though it's up in Syracuse which is kind of a hike but I really like it. I don't like how much smaller the bottles are and how much more gift to take then vireo so I don't know if you actually save money or not I feel like you do though because it's lasting a like a month and a half.

Easy to find, free parking and a modern, well appointed office and waiting area. I was quickly seen by the pharmacist for my initial visit and the various strengths and delivery mechanisms were fully explained. They accept debit cards or cash for payment and also have an ATM in the waiting area for other options. Their hours were recently expanded to 9a to 7pat weekdays and Saturdays they are also open but I forget the hours. Register your email on their web page and they'll send you a 10% off coupon. A great first experience.

Update.. Even more happy with these guys. The larger variety and prices are wonderful. The staff are so friendly. I highly recommend them. Seriously so glad I went and checked them out. Better than the other place I had been going and to be honest the med is better too. They were very helpful, so nice, compassionate and informative. I mean can't believe I just heard of them yesterday. I will be making this my new place to go. Pricing was reasonable considering. I'd go as far as giving them 10 star on helpfulness.. I finally for the first time in awhile felt sone relief without all the nasty chemicals included. What an amazing thing to be able to honestly say. Don't take my word for it, check them out!

Experience was phenomenal... The pharmacist was extremely curtious, knowledgeable about everything you would need to know, plus his attitude was amazing! The receptionist was very friendly, and helpful as well. Overall, this has got to be in my opinion, the best place to go for any medical marijuana needs! Five stars all the way... 💜😊💜

I purchase a vaporizer. The package looked good and it seemed to be easy to use. Once i got home i tried it and it has a terrible taste (like ass) and the battery failed after 12 uses. I called an explained the situation and they said you can not take it outside in the cold!... ("but in California it works great???" whatever that means) and refused to offer a refund or replacement. Clowns! I see better value at other dispensaries in NY.

Called, and they got my husband in same day. Thought one of his lenses were detached, from cataract surgery...nope, detached retina, they got him in tomorrow morning 1st thing at 7am. Staff was friendly & very ill at ease. Very comfortable with them. Great choice, we'll be going back.
