Was asked to not where my work clothes becauseI might get something dirty then posted something what I thought was a private group nothing bad just saying that I could not get my meds for almost 3 days because they are take appointments only and when I found out they're the only ones that do that I was talking to people about switching I came in the next day and I was asked why I was bashing their company I think they're on those sites personally that I've seen increases in prices just to troll the site to see what we're talkin about in rack the prices up the ones we like very greedy wasn't happy ask for a transfer form and switch to affinity wellness which has no appointments necessary greatpeople

Changed my dispensary to bluepoint in Brantford, due to location. Called to make appointment only to be told I'd be treated as a new patient, etc. and I'd have to wait 3 days for earliest appointment. Now I'll be changing dispensary again. Should've just stayed with the great service I was treated with even though it's almost an hour drive. 2 thumbs down

bluepoint wellness is the epitome of perfection and I choose no other place to go for my medical marijuana needs. Service as always very quick but not too quick where you feel like you don't know what you got. The pharmacist and staff are extremely supportive and beyond knowledgeable when it comes to pretty much anything and everything you ask them, they have an answer. I've been going here for almost 5 years now and I can't see myself anywhere else. It's great I definitely recommend it to anybody else who's looking for chill Dispensary. Bluepoint Wellness of CT is just all-around simply amazing.

Of the three Connecticut medical marijuana dispensaries I have used Bluepoint Wellness of Branford is the best. Their location has good parking, the store is spacious and the staff are very polite and helpful. Menu information is beautifully displayed in the store and is surprisingly easy to read on screens in the dispensary. An appointment is required but the staff are quite flexible and this ensures your visits are always quick and smooth. The website takes some getting used to but it is very worth it for a quick pick up.Dispensaries in the United States sometimes have difficulties processing debit payments due to federal banking regulations. Inorder to alleviate this Bluepoint has installed an ATM on-site which is a great help for patients.I highly recommend this dispensary if you are in the Branford area.

their oil products are garbage. the oil carts constantly plug and leak and stop working and the staff doesn't really want to take care of it. if you're looking for oil cartridges... go some place else... I would like to clarify that the staff IS great and DO CARE about their patients health, just their oil products suck and they don't replace their pricey malfunctioning carts.

The staff here are 1st rate. They are very kind and very helpful. And always with a smile. Yale physicians should take a page out of Bluepoints handbook on bed side manners. Bluepoint has the best people of all the dispensaries. You people are phenomenal. Thank you for your compassion and professionalism. 10 out of 5 stars!!!!

I have found most of their Bud Products are over dried, over processed, not stored to preserve the desinty of the product. It is not worth the cost, it disintegrates when touched & burns mush to quickly. I tried contacting the Suppliers and they blame BluePoint Wellness for improper storage. Without being able to examine the product before purchase needs to change. Their only solution is to provide checmial packets to restore moisture to a natural product...ugh...once the potency is comprimsed, the product is also comprimsed...Black Market wins!

Great dispensary, prices a bit high/thc% low compared to others but still very potent and helpful products. ALL of the staff is extremely knowledgable and nothing but nice to make you feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. They are patient with beginners and also have the answers to questions and also tons of accessories that experienced mmj patients might need. You can range from flower to capsules to concentrates to even honey oil and edibles. It's a very clean and up to date place and RIGHT off the highway exit making it fairly accessible (leave early if taking i95!) Basically I've come to realize I could NOT live without this dispensary's great help and info I've learned over the months with them and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
