This is NOT a dispensary for medical patients. I made a purchase via online and when arrived to curbside they will not provide you the correct listed terpenes as listed online. I have a screenshot I will be reaching out to the state due to the face the manager blew me off telling me well im sorry if it not what you wanted...im sorry? Wanted? I do not medicate with just any and anything. I asked for a simple exchange to suit my medical needs but Ms. Lmoore said she's sorry she can only give me a discount for what I want to purchase next. So again...will be reaching out to state to let them know how accurate they are already running.

Prices are extremely reasonable & a lot of quality products & accessories!!! Most importantly you have to see the best part which is meeting Elizabeth & Cory WHO ARE THE BEST BUDTENDERS!! 😱 THE BEST!! Ordered curbside pick up. Was told both IDs were needed over phone. Received a text saying it was ready at 245. Took 10 mins to get my order. They were rude at the store (the guy on the phone was cool though) security was rude, the runner was rude. She didn't inform me that my change was in the bag. They were rude. Overpriced. I will not be going back

Blum on Decator is the only place I go for my canabis needs. They carry a wide varity lof any needs you may have, weather it's canabis, edibles, drinks and a wide selection of pipes, etc Thier sales are fantastic! The Best thing I love about Blum is that the entire staff is Awesome, from the minute you walk in till you leave. Their I'm hospitilitty is always at it's highest. Another thing I love is if needed they will explain throughly the differences in whatever product your interested in. Last but not least... I'm in and out in. No time. Thank you Blum Staff, including Manager Crystal and Security !

asked about the 1/8th advertised in store for $13, they claimed it was a "mistake" & didn't honor their advertised price currently listed. doesn't take much to correct the listing, so apparently they enjoy the bait & switch. otherwise the pricing was worse than the east coast black market. friendly staff. cheap glass available that wouldn't last one fall. if you're desperate, wealthy & uninformed, endorse them.

I spent two years gathering reward points here. They now refuse to give me my points because my medical card expired and I am now recreational. I was never told I would lose my points and they now want me to renew my card. I cannot and will not recommend this location. You took my loyalty reward points and I am taking my loyalty elsewhere. Call this the last resort dispensary.

I have to share my experience with all people.People which are there are nice and helpful.Alex (Alejandro)LeviI use to go all time there,, almost every day,, more than year.. I know all of them..Today I went there before 9 AM, door was open, I didn’t check time when they open. I seat on chair and I was waiting, after few min. Security guy came and kick me out, and told me how I can’t seat and wait inside, I must go outside, 10-15 min. Till they open. Do you think I would eat chair? What was problem to seat 10 min on chair? I came to leave money here!!! Very disappointed! If door was closed would be different story, but for 10 min seating you make problem? Is this Hospitality? I am there every day almost, but today will be last time!!! Two stars only because Alex and some people are really nice, otherwise I would give you 0!!!

Bad service I make it in less than 5 minutes before Happy hour discount. The budtender rushes my selection & quickly rings the order up so I would not receive the Happy Hour discount. I did notice the price a bit more but wasn't sure if it was taxes. After I ask what my loyalty point balance was. The guy then lazily says I can't see that now. You will have to check next time when you come back? No wonder this location is always stocked up & never runs out of product. You run your custoners away to the desert inn location.

Was told on the phone they had a product in stock, so we drive all the way down to be told it’s in a box and not on the shelf yet? Ok so open the box? No, Instead of opening the box they sent me off saying tomorrow they’ll have them out on the shelf! Are you kidding me!???? The “floor manager” was too busy to help but will call me back?????? Horrible customer service don’t waste your gas time or $

I want to share my experience with you guys I was a customer of this store every day and I bought it from the storehouse, I went shopping a few days ago and I bought some Marijuana, and on a special discount day, And I bough Marijuana, which could not even be smoked , and I returned, and I explained perfectly, that I am a customer of the company every day, and they all know me, this marijuana can not be smoked , And the manger said that the purchased marijuana would not be taken back, I said that you lose your customer , and manager looks like i don’t care at all, and I put the marijuana there in trash can
