EXPENSIVE AND RUDE That one white lady with the tattoos has a horrible attitude, everytime I come in you have a problem, you should work somewhere else, blowing everyones mood. I was being so nice to you on the phone and you had a Horrible attitude yet again, didnt even need to see your face to know who I was speaking too then you Hung up on me so heres your 1 star.Wish I was recording the call I'll never shop here againI'll make sure to vote this the worst dispensary in town too.I'm telling other people not to go, I sent a few people yals way before, psh 😂 not anymore

Bought a quarter of gorilla cookies on special today. A quarter for 70 bucks. It was sold to me in SEVEN OVERSIZED PLASTIC CONTAINERS!Each gram in a plastic container. Why put a quarter of this on special if you only have grams of it? This was disgustingly wasteful.Never coming back. Blum's obvious disregard for the environment is truly appalling.

Out of all the shops..these here are the only one to not have any kind of list for daily specials...no text alerts no online postings NONE..I hate calling in asking,they are SO dull manager included she's very dull and no matter how many times I ask about a text or social media post for daily deals..they won't I've been told they are "TRANSITIONING" I guess different owners...that was over a year ago lol dull bland shop

It’s rarely a pleasant experience. Today I got home to see they’d sold me the wrong strain. I was the only customer in store but they still messed it up. Charging for the carry out bag is petty, especially when I brought my own and they refused to accept it. It’s impossible for the staff to crack a smile, the girl today with the fake red in her hair was hostile and borderline rude. I will be returning to claim my $1 pre roll and then I won’t be back. There’s too many dispensaries in Las Vegas for me to be returning to one where I feel unwelcomed. I highly recommend ShowGrow

Used to love buying from here but I called to see if we would be seeing our lovely local delivery girl Megan..unfortunately they said she isn’t there because of disagreements and etc. the person on the phone was pretty rude.. and Looking at future comments and what I experienced through the phone with Blüm, I Won’t be buying from here again... because they seem not to care about you as a customer or their employees, and I cannot be buying from companies like this I will stick to local farms that treat people correctly I hope y’all change your way of treating people correctly

Been coming here religiously for the past 6 months.Today I spent $42 on new strain.It was old and lost all potency.They offered no solution whatsoever.I feel robbed from my hard earned money :(

So I have been in there total three times. Let me tell you what. The first time I went in I ended up getting these cartridges for my pen. I specifically asked the guy do they work pretty well are they pretty decent. He says oh well do you know they've been known to have some trouble but you can always bring them back. Boy he was not lying. The cartridges continuously got stuck and it was just a mess. So I took them back. well the manager I worked with was super sweet she helped me even though it took a little bit longer than I was expecting. here comes the next issue why I had to go back for the third time. One of the cartridges was leaking and clogged. So on my way home from work I call because the lady never gave me a receipt that morning. Well the manager on duty that night absolutely refused to do my refund well not refund exchange. So I had to wait till the morning and be further inconvenience by spending money out of pocket for another Uber so I can get to work on time because that's when she was there. So I get in there and she tells me oh he could have done the refund. Sorry I mean exchange. because it's the same day it's and it should still be in the system. And I just look at her confused and was like why he did he deny me and she didn't have an answer for that. she exchanged it again for me and for something I actually like. Although I'm not very happy with it because it does not seem as if it was full as my other ones that I've had from the same company.overall there are tons of dispensaries in Vegas and I just don't know if this one I want to go back to since they seem to have problems with their products and staff. I did give them three stars because the customer service was decent enough. Also even though it wasn't as fast as I would have liked it to be it was still a decent amount of time and the fact that they were willing to work with me with those exchanges. It's just not some place I think I ever want to go back to.

Used to be a frequent customer but lately have had questionable service. The bald women in the front comes off rude and takes her time to even acknowledge when she has customers waiting to check in, and this has happened to myself on several occasions. I thought I was the only one that had this type of experience with your employee but after reading more reviews it shows that others have had similar encounters. However, the budtenders are welcoming and work efficiently to get through long lines. For the most part, this store's employees seem to do a good job at expressing Blüm's culture and practices. The change in specials, membership rewards, and payment options has overall led me to explore other dispensaries in the area.

Love these guys. Always super friendly. Answers all strains and thc levels questions I have. My birthday is on 4-20 last year Charlie's band sang Happy birthday to me. Unfortunately my brother passed on April 17th, so I had to go to California. So unfortunately I couldn't make it this year. But I'll be back. From the 420 girl or should I say old lady.

The Best Of Vegas is right here my friends! Don't waste your time at other dispensaries. Blüm should have been my first stop and it should be yours. The products, pricing and end result are all above par. In fact if other dispos would follow suite, they'd be blümmin too. I'll see ya there!
