I’m sorry but you guys literally have the worst deals every They have a good selection but, their deals are buy 2 get 1 or buy 3 get 1 free, what kind of deal is that? When each item is like $40 bucks? Make it buy one get one, which they don’t ever have, they have a buy one get one 50% sometimes. What happened to happy hour? Please make your deals actually deals please.

Worst prices on bud I've ever dealt with normally you can find some good low grade bud but at this location for some reason the low grade and high grade bud are over priced they also never have absolutely any deals I only go here when I'm desperate because of prices and they have taken away all possible deals unless they randomly have a wheel to spin

This is a new update:I'm not as fond with Harvest of Cottonwood as I was even 6 months ago. I had surgery few months back making it difficult to get there and they NEVER have in stock what they have listed on website nor what is really on special. Plus all daily specials we patient could count on went away. I am severely disappointed and will find a way to get out of town for a different dispensary that appreciates my business.They dont always have what is listed on website, but they find me something, usually better

The service is good still but the owner changes things so rapidly and they are drastic changes. Take for example VIP. You spend 300 a month to earn this and one day without notice the owner took vip away without notice even though I fulfilled my requirements.An entire pricing tier just comes off like it was no big deal to us patients.So January 19th they have got things turned back around and I even stated such in person today. Your sales a very appropriate I I thank you. It’s a drag going to Phx but sometimes necessary.

I’ve ordered online three times and twice my order wasn’t ready when I got there. Today, I had ten minutes to get to an appointment, so I stopped at the dispensary first, since it was on the way. I had ordered everything the night before, but it wasn’t ready and I had to wait (got to my appointment late). I was in a hurry and walked out behind a lady. The security guard said, “Have a good day...or not.” Really? I own a lot of stock in Harvest Health & Recreation, and I expect employees to be friendly to customers. Also, if you’re not going to have orders ready on time, then remove that option from your website.

Loved this place all this time. Not planning on returning often now that Happy Hour is just suddenly taken from us.Bad move, HOC. Literally took away the thing that set you apart and helped people get their medicine for a good price.Now I'll only be there if I'm desperate. Unless they fix this mistake

When this place first opened, I read a lot of reviews complaining of dry weed. So, after a long while I stopped there to benefit from the freebie. Boy, were those reviews wrong. They prepackage in a clear package that you can squeeze. And all has been moist. The selection is great and the reward points are fantastic. I used to drive to Urban Greenhouse in Phoenix for the deals and good atmosphere. But I have to say Harvest is just as good and many miles closer. Thanx Harvest for bringing a great dispensary to our Verde Valley. Mac and I will return.9 months later, still the only dispensary i go to. Love the deals.... still a 5

Incredibly kind and knowledgeable Staff. I have a million questions always and they are never annoyed by it. I have had a couple times where my carts were leaking and they replaced them for me no problem. I have come in sad AF and frustrated about my pain and they have always gone out of their way to make sure I am getting the best deal, best product, and full of suggestions to make sure I can get max pain relief from the products.

Watch their vapes.Did not go right back in when $50 buck vape would not work. They just kind of told me to bad. I am old disabled veteran who suffers greatly from pain and their attitude was horrible. Every thing my fault because I did not get right back in during the magic time. I won't be spending any more of my money in that place.
