Takes a second to spot the biz cause it looks or is in an old food service build, suggestion, for us out of towners, a green leaf on side or top would grab our attention.I walked in and was immediately greeted by the budtender. Products are grouped in sections, easy to see.With a few minutes of talking about what i was looking for he ask one more guestion,Turned and handed me a brand i was unfamiliar with, he then told me about the company and i followed his lead, buying it. UPDATED Sometimes it can take an other wise simple problem and you see what's really going on. The vape cartridge i purchased failed, it happens, with only a few days on it. I return, the same bud tender greeted me, told him the issue. He told me that theres a no return policy, ok, how about replacing it, ill pay the difference, Nope, cant do that. I was told management would not let him OK THIS SUCKS, THE ONLY THING THEY WOULD DO IS SELL ME( at a discount, ,cough!!) A rescue kit Which i declined.The olny thing i can do is talk to the manufacturer you bet! At many stores, a full gram for 40, nonmedical, and if there's an issue, they don't send the client out the door unless the issue is resolved, NOT SO AT THE BUD HUT. There is lots of great, compassionate, lower priced stores with sound, fair, business practices. The people there are good tenders, the company is tying the hands or dont trust the employees to make decision's to keep everyone happy. Found out their all over Wa. Just a heads up, im fair, if anyone would like to tell me this isnt true, ill look at your reply.
