I had a sample tested at 2 facilities. One provided accurate results; Botanacors report was way off, and match the EXACT specifications for my state. When I let them know that the results seemed flawed, they wanted to charge me twice the original amount to confirm.

Terrible company, there are plenty of other companies that are much much more professional and easier to work with. They accept the samples for hemp and marijuana inches from each other, building is run down and I would not trust them to produce accurate results with their practices.

By far the most professional testing facility I've been to, the staff has been great! They were able to answer any questions I have had, and in a friendly manner. Pricing is fair and I feel the results are very accurate.

I recommend this laboratory because they are extremely efficient with checking in product. The location is described as; I'm pretty much in and out and back on the highway. I'd definitely suggest they venture further south for soco clientele.

Edit: I received a call from Del. It was a follow up same day as I left my review. He mentioned working on the things mentioned and was very apologetic. Thanks for the Follow up del. Horrible customer service. Don't bother calling they won't answer. The only way to get a response e mail is to be rude and they throw it right back. When you ask questions in person you will be belittled. Unfortunately there aren't many other options. The tests do come back on time and accurate so 3 stars.
