The staff for the most part was very helpful and friendly but a bit of a rushed vibe like all dispensaries except all the others I’ve been to always have a super rushed vibration, also the staff seem fairly knowledgeable and can speak in coherent sentences, however the first time patient deals aren’t that great and the person at the front needs to stop touching peoples phones during a viral outbreak.

Easily some of the best flower in Tucson. The budtender are extremely nice, but Jessica stood out the most as being super knowledgeable about most, if-not products. BIG props to her, she actually knows her stuff very well. Though this dispensary might be slightly on the pricer side, you REALLY do get what you pay for here.

Nice high end side of things. Such as Beautiful bud they take care of their product. Courteous staff and very helpful. I truly believe you get what you pay for but just too far away to go all the time and no bonus points to help off set the drive. Give a little incentive to have us go (that extra mile) to pay more. Nonetheless it is nice to get as a every so often. Thanks a lot for the great bud.😁😁

been here once for the initial freebie and not returned in 4 years. Check the website regularly and the specials with her unremarkable and non-competitive. They could have the best quality ever but for these prices everyone should pass. Where are the 8 to 10 g of concentrate for a hundred or the $100 bid to top shelf ounces prepacked like every other dispensary offers let alone in Phoenix?? This is why there is never anyone here and people just drive by for other options. for the life of me I can't understand how this place is still open and I'm sure they won't be for much longer before selling their license to someone who can better manage it competitively

This place rocks let me tell you. First during there busy happy hour the staff there is smiling friendly and very excited to help you. That’s awesome. Clean , simple, relaxed atmosphere. Love it. Oh and on top of that super great flower. (My preference) Great deals. I’ve visited others but Botanica is home now. Thank you guys so much.

I stopped in for a couple of brownies, yesterday. You were busy. I was in pain & impatient. When I asked what the hold up was, & was very rudely told, " you'll just have to wait your turn" really? Where's the compassion? Im not sure about her name, but I will be back again, & when I do, that will be the last tine. I'm getting her name & her job!!

First I had a long wait, which I understand. But when I was finally called, the music in the back was very loud and it was horrible 'music'. Given that medical MJ is for people with chronic pain, you'd think they wouldn't subject us to ear-splitting music. I couldn't even hear the associate. This isn't a head shop for teenagers!!! I won't be back.

Everything about this place is higher end-from the aesthetics of the inside to the choice of flowers and concentrates. It all comes from the ‘higher end’ companies but the prices are extremely competitive!!! Got myself some grow science concentrates which is notorious for being reasonably more expensive than the other choices at MOST shops but not botánica! They’re on Pat if not beating out the rest in prices, specials, happy hours, first/repeat customer stuff. Only harvest offers anywhere near as much as they do discount wise. And most of the time you’re in and out fairly quickly and to top it off the staff is always wonderful, courteous, helpful, and customer oriented. Never feel like you’re bothering them like at Desert Bloom on the east where they wanna get you in and out as fast as possible!

This is one of the classiest dispensary's I have ever had the pleasure of being a customer at. Their waiting room is gorgeous! The employees here are so uplifting and cheerful, on some days after work I really needed good vibes like that. One of my favorite products they have are the honey sticks, they are so amazing in my morning green tea! Besides their rad customer service, they have some pretty sweet promos and deals also if you keep tabs on them. Don't forget to bring your punch card every time you visit!!

First visit and I felt like I was at home! Super clean, comfortable and pleasant waiting area. Just like another reviewer mentioned, seems like your at the spa when you walk in the door. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel very welcome. Received $15 off as a first time patient. Nice!!! I never felt rushed or pushed into buying anything. They also gave me a packet of information and a coupon for $10 off my next purchase . Love these guys/gals! Thank you, thank you for being so kind . I'll be back for sure and will refer! 🎉
