Edit*** Was there last week and again in my educated consumer mode I know this is the best place in Denver to buy weed!! Prices, service and selection, excellent! Their private label brand of concentrates is top notch and they don't gouge you! My first stop every time I'm in Denver and that's every month!**** $113.00 for 8 grams OTD!! Try it!Visited last month and out of 2 dozen pot shops this place was top 3! I let the helpful budtender know I worked at SKUNK magazine and he took great care of me! The selection of primo Colorado-made wax, live resin and shatter he turned me on to was outstanding and economical as well! I be back in late March! Service check, quality check, price double check!

Can't say enough about this place!! Awesome bud tenders and great product!!! The carry some the best concentrates in Denver. Got high just walking in this place lol. Great attention to detail and customer service. Fast,professional service and great product. What's not to like. Don't debate about it......YOU NEED TO GO HERE!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

First time in today, phenomenal experience! Great layout, product selection was on point and prices are fair. Had the pleasure of having Donnie (sp) as our budtender. He was knowledgeable, friendly and informative without being pushy or condescending. His passion for cannabis is apparent and a welcome change from the indifferent budtenders I usually encounter. I don’t shop at too many dispensaries since I work in the industry but I’ll be back for sure and I’ll happily recommend them!

Not very happy w/ my Botanico experience so far , I was a first time customer in here and that went well , however upon having an issue with one of the products I had purchased, they weren’t willing to even hear the situation or correct it ! That makes for a VERY frustrating customer service experience !! Would be happy to give a better review otherwise !!!

Was very excited to visit this shop especially due to the numerous excellent ratings and of course the novelty of purchasing recreational product. Set in the RiNo district amongst colorful and captivating murals, Botanico is easy enough to find.Walked in through the door to a small chamber where you show your ID before being let into the store. Took my family along who had never been to an establishment of this sort and were quite excited for the visit. Unfortunately, the staff seemed rather disinterested in us and were as curt as they could be without being outright rude. Although it was not busy at all when we went, we were the only customers being attended to, the budtender was not at all in a mood to indulge us and was completely to the point in the interaction as if she wanted us out of there asap. I was hoping for a little more of a positive vibe and welcoming experience, especially for my family for whom it was a novelty. Any way, I asked a couple of question, enquired about some product (none of the product can be taken outside of the state fyi) and ended up buying a bubble blunt, which at $22 was rather pricey I thought. It was about 3/4 the size of a regular lighter. However, the product was exactly the kind of thing I had asked for, something that would not make us tired or lethargic and would enhance our experience of exploring the city during the day. In that aspect, the budtender was on point with the recommendation.I suppose this shop is geared more towards regulars and seasoned consumers so I'll say 3 stars because the product was great but I'll go somewhere else next time. Also, this is a cash only establishment which I find inconvenient.

Used to love it here. Been going here for about 5 years...The quality has gone down in a lot of their product. And so has the quality of their staff. Also don't think it's fare when staff messes up they won't fix there screw up as I have found many other places that will. There only two people I will go through here and when they aren't there I literally will not shop

Favorite dispensary, ever. Better than anything I've been to in CO, NV, and CA. I always have to make a stop at Botanico while I'm in Denver. Budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the display of the products, especially flower. I'm very happy to see the change in bags from those plastic annoying things, and the packaging for flower is on point as always.

I went specifically to get 3 Indica strains. When I arrived and asked for them I was told "yeah our menu online hasn't been up to date on weeks". This is beyond disappointing. How is it you can operate your business as you do? Is it too much to hire someone that's in charge of such a task? This makes you look like its PROFITS OVER PATIENTS. I spent over $600 here in 2 visits I'm sure you can get someone to update your menu for you.

One morning after finishing with an appointment in Denver's RiNo neighborhood I wandered into Botanico after seeing their sign. i must admit that I had not planned on buying anything, I wanted to see how expensive and bougie a dispensary in RiNo would be. Botanico is in RiNo yes, but they are NOT snooty. they are super friendly, down to earth, and welcoming. Upon entrance I was ushered to my own private room of products by a wonderful female budtender. She made me feel like I had been a customer for many years not a walk in first timer. she took the time to answer all my questions before making a selection. i didnt feel the pressure to hurry up and choose that I often feel at other well known corporate chain shops. Botanico is also NOT expensive. i was able to purchase grams of flower - Any Strain - for just $5 each! so if you want a relaxed environment and nice knowledgable staff make Botanico in RiNo your first choice for a dispensary.

A ton of other dispensaries here in CO for all you non-natives and un-cultured people! So many complaints here on flower etc.... find it cheaper and don't complain! I come here for shatter. 16$/gram. Can't beat that. Takes looking to find what you are looking for! Been patronizing this business for at least 4 years now. Yes I've seen numerous staff members over the years but give them a break I've never seen one bad one! Pictured was purchased for under 50$!! 2 grams shatter + unique rhino glass pipe!
