What is the best strain for me?

It’s subjective! Every patient will experience different symptom relief and effects from cannabis. The best way to find out which strain is right for you is talk to a Budtender and try a few different strains. Once you have a little experience under your belt, we’ll be able to more accurately make recommendations and help you find the right strains and products.
Am I allowed to bring someone with me?

Breakwater is not open to the public. Only NJMMP card-holding patients and card-holding, registered caregivers are permitted to enter the dispensary. We do not have a public restroom.

Do I need an appointment every time I visit?

No, we no longer require appointments even for first-time visitors with an active NJMMP ID card and a valid prescription. We recommend checking your allotment on the state website before you visit so you know your purchasing limit when you come in.
If I am a caregiver, can I come to the dispensary without the patient?

Yes. As long as you are a registered, card-holding caregiver and the patient’s prescription is up-to-date, you can come and make a purchase without the patient being present.
Are our cartridges safe?

When we set out to make a vapable cannabis product, we committed to making the purest product that we possibly could - with no additives whatsoever. Breakwater Cartridges contain only our cannabis extract and cannabis-derived terpenes, both of which we extract in-house.
Where is Breakwater Cannabis grown?
