Joined. Paid for the optional membership discount. Had 4 deliveries go off flawlessly. Great drivers; the girl who answers the phone all excellent. The last time I called, and the final time, the manager wouldn't honor an advertised price; basically a bait and switch. I hung up when he said he wouldn't honor the advertised price. Got a call back, but too little too late...if ur running a medical dispensary, it's not supposed to be like dealing on the street....

Worst experience!!!Did not get the strains i asked for but was told it didnt matter anywayMy driver did not bring proper change. I was going to give him more than what he forgot ro bring upI was given a preroll....broke it up and its bright green powder and smells of parsleyOf all the dispensaries in San Diego....if you allow these guys to take you for a ride...shame on you

customer service, the young lady who answer the phone, has a bad attitude, call to check out delivery time, since they were a 1/2 hour late, and she gave me a hard time... That really too bad, hope they would rock very nice lady show up 1 hour later then I was told, but I am willing to give them a second try. hope the lady answering the phone take this to heart, and remember she has a job because of her customers.

I had seen there ad in the reader and it states 15 FREE PRE ROLLS with the FTP order it also says that on there site. So I called maybe about two hours before closing and got some rude guy on the phone and after I placed my oder with him he says well do you want your order tonight, which is a dumb question that's why I'm calling so after I say yes I want it tonight he gets an attitude. So an hour goes by and I'm waiting then three hours go by. Where is my order so I ended up falling asleep and a few hours later they call and tell me my order will be delivered first thing in the morning. I'm trying to be patient with them so some girl comes to my door around 8 9 in the morning gives me my order and says we will definitely throw in some extra edibles next time. I open my bag and there isnt the 15 pre rolls in there the only pre rolls in my bag are the ones I paid for. They didn't even throw in something extra for making me wait till the next day to get my order. So I will never order from this place again it's false advertising and customer service is awful.
