This is the friendliest most informed dispensary! The selection of goodies and supplies are terrific. Very clean and items well displayed. They answered my questions satisfactory and I had a fun time choosing what I wanted (needed)! The feeling is very relaxed and I don't get the "hurry up"vibe at all. I highly recommend this dispensary for all your herbage needs.

Blonde big tall manager woman almost crucified me at the till for asking for a discount because their pre rolls do not smoke. This is because they grind twigs and leaves into their pre roll mix and sell it for crazy money. 420 discounts didn’t apply, everything in their system was still regularly priced and no no discounts given. I have been shopping here for 5 years and they do not care for the it customers. I was shocked how that blonde manager treated me. Please get your rabies shot. Brie the manager is unfriendly and does not reimburse customers after they get ripped off when they do not price their inventory according to their advertised discounts.

Online menu items mostly out of stock in store. Only high priced items in stock. $10/g sungrown flower is very dark and oxidized. Even their top shelf is B grade compared to other shops. Product quality should be much higher for the prices they charge. Test results are bogus or outdated! label says 20%thc. But when lab tested it was 15.9%thc! *alll prices are before tax! so add 20% to every price. Their products were harvested OVER A YEAR AGO(see picture) AND SOLD ON THE SHELF unacceptable to say the least. harvested and tested over a year ago leaves A Lot of time for mold and mildew to grow and terp/thc/cbd levels to fall. I wont be back and I will most certainly not be recommending your store or products to anybody. If I was the farm who's old products you were selling I would be quite upset that you're making them look so shady. Your reply was a rude sales pitch attempt at luring in more unsuspecting customers to your overpriced antique dispensary. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Literally 5 miles in any direction will get you better products at better prices. also only 5% off for industry discount. Most places give 10% off.

Edited: In response to Breeze response, We take an in-depth consultative sales approach at our stores intended to leave our clients with a new level of understanding and appreciation for cannabis and other herbs. LOL! Ridiculous excuse for poor greeting time frame. There was 1 other person in the store. You do know you are just a dispensary, right? I didn't get lonely out front, I realized my business was not that important to you and that's ok. It is not my job as a customer to knock on the door. This response from you is rude and perfectly represents the attitude your business portrays. Slowest service ever. Haven't been here in over a year and was hoping it would have improved. Nope! Literally waiting out front in an empty store for way too long. Will not be back.

The employees are wonderful, been stopping in at this store for a few years now, and I've never come across an unkind employee. Unfortunately, the prices have always been the highest I've encountered, and don't seem to have shifted much at all with the market. This has lead to me frequenting the store much less often lately as I just can't afford to spend twice to three times as much here as I would at any other dispensary in Medford.**EDIT**Replying here to the owner response - Over 20 offerings at $3 per gram would definitely have me stopping in again! It's been about a month since my last visit, at which time $4.20 was the lowest price per gram on just one strain, everything else was around $6 or more (plus tax). I see on Leafly there's only one strain at your store listed at $3 per gram, if it's accurate that you now have over 20 strains at $3 per gram I would really encourage you to update your menu with them so folks know things have changed! I look forward to checking out your new expanded selection soon, and will happily make any necessary adjustments to my rating after stopping by!
