Horrible customer service. They made false promises about activating a tracker. The person who was on customer support had such a strong accent that I could not understand what he was saying. BrickHouse Security may have outsourced their customer service function to India. I was left feeling frustrated and deceived. I no longer trust BrickHouse Security to deliver on what they advertise or promise over the phone. IF you need reliable service BrickHouse Security is not the company to depend on.

Then using their GPS tracking system for years. Though it is double the cost of a T-Mobile tracking system and does not report mechanical issues it is far more mobile and that it can be placed anywhere and doesn't depend on being tied to the car's computer system. You can put it in a backpack for instance or in luggage or anywhere. T-Mobile system is half the price but again is dependent upon a cars computer system port. Meaning that it must be plugged into the port under the steering wheel.

A terrible product. We ordered a tracker and followed all instructions. The tracker never worked and the customer service was terrible. Everyday the same responses with no results. We will be returning the product for a refund.
