The service was pleasant enough, but man, If I pay $10 for a pre-roll that is under a gram it should at least burn properly. Halfway down I couldn't pull from it so I had to cut it up and put it in a glass piece. I spent $16 and I ended up with under a gram and a half between 2 J's and there really wasn't any cheaper options. Easily the most expensive place in the area. Too rich for my blood.

I shopped here for several weeks. I received the incorrect item in one of purchases. This turned out to be an error on the part of a new employee. The GM reached out to me after she learned about what happened and offered to make it right. She showed me the true spirit of this shop. She apologized and replaced my order. More importantly, she showed me that she really cares about the shop and her customers. I could not be happier with the way this situation was handled, and I will continue to be a regular here.

Well, needless to say I’ll never come back here, to either location. Your management sucks and you do not treat your employees or customers with respect, love OR compassion. I will not support a business that blatantly disrespects the people who support them. You know, without employees that actually care or loving customers, there is no business 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't appreciate rude workers, especially on the phone. If you offer a delivery service but don't start delivering until 2pm, you should state that somewhere. Also, if you call to check the status of such order, you should not be greeted with rudeness. I've been a regular at this location and spent a lot of money here. There are a thousand other places I can go to and I will start doing so. So long BCC.
