I can't remember that last time I've had any customer service that was worse. Twice in a row, was treated with rudeness and condescension, instead of like a patient that's providing donations for the medication. After referring a new patient to them, there was a miscommunication in receiving my incentive. I came a separate time after the fact to converse with someone about the mix up,.. was escorted out and banned. The lady insisted that me bringing up what happened last time a was there, was me "arguing" over $7 worth of "weed". I explained that it's not about any weed, it's about being treated with courtesy when i come to the dispensary. So i got banned and treated with worse service after bringing my concerns to them. I'd understand if i had approached the issue with any rudeness or aggression, but I was the furthest from that so I'm thoroughly confused.
