Was visiting friends in Vegas over the Thanksgiving holiday and tried the Red Rock Spa just because we were staying at the hotel. Had such a fabulous experience that I booked another service a couple days later on Thanksgiving morning! The therapists are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain the techniques (which caused me to switch from my scheduled hot stone body work to a deep tissue massage which was wonderful!) The hydrofacial was like nothing I've experienced and my skin felt reborn. The fact that you may use all of the facility before/after your service for as long as you care to, is great (eucalyptus steam room, sauna, large thermal jet pool, cold plunge pool). Soothing decor; tons of private showers and restrooms, high-end design in the locker room, snacks, beverages and amenities (like iced facecloths and disposable razors!) If I was local to Vegas I'd be here multiple times a month!

The spa is awesome. The esthetician was super sweet. However, I paid $270 including the 20% auto graphs “mandatory tip” for a 50 min hydraFacial. I booked this specifically because I wanted the blackheads removes from my skin, as I have a photo shoot coming up. I don’t think she was train properly, because she didn’t not use the traditional technique. I don’t think she got a single blackhead. Super disappointed as this was a birthday gift to myself. I did call the spa as soon as I got home and inspected my skin. The manager was unavailable. I left a message and was told she would calling me as soon as she returned. She didn’t.... This is why I’m leaving a review.

Had a "Spa'rty" for my bachelorette party. It was a great day. Helene set everything up and I really felt so special. The spa facilities were wonderful, and as part of the party we got a Cabana to use for the day, and other goodies. Everyone enjoyed their spa treatments, the facilities, and the pool. We're already talking about when to come back next!

REDEMPTION!! I was vacationing in at Red Rock and decided to try having another Hydra-Facial. My last experience was very rushed, and not relaxing. I ended up seeing Madison D. and she was a DREAM!! She made me feel important and really took the time to educate, really devoted the time I was hoping for on my facial. She was also amazing on my neck and hands! I strongly encourage everyone to book your facials and massages with her! 5 star Spa's like this aren't cheap, and when you feel like a million bucks after, it makes it all worth it! Thank you Madison! I will be back just to see you! My only regret is I don't live closer ;)

Excellent experience, never disappoints, been here several times for deep tissue massage after the months of work catch up with me.Great Spa and Steam, the entire place is first class. A locals 20% discount off massage saved $36 and tipped it back.I feel like a new person.
