I went in for my first time, referred by my best friend who raves about this place. I thought I would be getting 20% off cause that’s what I was told at the front, for it being my first time, I even got a red ticket that I handed to the bud tender at check out. after leaving out the pack of joints that I specifically asked her opinion about getting, I asked the budtender if she remembered to ring up the joints because I didn’t see them there. She said she didn’t and said that she would just do it separately because she had already started ringing up the order that was over $200. Funny that when I got home the only receipt that shows a 20% discount is the second one for a measly $30 pack of joints. A $7 discount as opposed to a $40 one. When I called to ask about how this happened and what we could do about it the guy on the phone first accused me of not giving her the red ticket, then proceeded to be the rudest and told me to come back to the store or they couldn’t do anything. When I mentioned that I was FORTY FIVE minutes away, making it a round trip of an hour and a half of driving to fix THEIR mistake, he just said to come back. Would you be paying for my gas, too? Ha! No. I’m leaving back home to Washington tomorrow so there’s really nothing I can do, just wanted to let you know so that you don’t do this again. I’ve been hearing about your club from Melanie for years and after this, I won’t be returning again.
