I use CBD tincture for sleep. I first heard of this business while looking for a product called Drift Away. I found it online at Bud and Bloom and placed the order. A while later I received a text message telling me the order was ready for pick up. I drove from Covina to Santa Ana to pick up the order. When I arrived I was informed that they didn’t have the product. It was explained to me that I had ordered from a third party (Weedmaps) who had no knowledge of their inventory. They did however have a product called Sleepy Time that works very well. I was told going forward to order either from their website or to call the order in prior to pick up. Yesterday I went to their webpage. It’s a very nice but useless website. No way to check inventory or to place an order. I then called and the recording stated to press two to place an order. The recording said that the person I was trying to reach was unavailable. I pressed “0” and was told to hold for the operator. A few seconds later I heard “the person you are trying to reach is unavailable”. I tried calling back several times but kept getting the same message. I decided to drive there and pick it buy it. Due to traffic it took me an hour. After arriving I was told they were out of stock on that item. Before leaving their parking lot, I searched for the product from my phone and, thankfully, found the product was carried by a store a mile away called OC3. I drove to that store and was able to get what I wanted. It baffles me how a business can have such a weak website and phone system and expect to survive. From now on, I will order from stores online and have the product delivered.
