Feedback:
The spotters are grossly underpaid. They'll go 6 or 7 hours without a lunch or break. I'm surprised a company like Budweiser would let anyone work without a lunch or break for so long. Mainly the swing shift are worked like slaves. Its a shame because Budweiser actually cares alot about their employees except the spotters. I guess they are worth nothing.

NOT IMPRESSED today. Last couple times I got in and out fairly smoothly. Last time was a one hour wait to get checked out. TODAY they are behind schedule by at least 20 trucks. Gonna be here into the night waiting for a door with a 2PM appointment. Already 2 hours past that.

Took 20 hours just to get in a door! (That’s after numerous phone calls!) Another 2 for them to start unloading then Over another hour to unload!! After only four hours of being here, the yard guy told us we were the bottom of the barrel cuz we were getting unloaded and not loaded! Wouldn’t even give a single star to this place but in order to write my review I had to!!!!!!!! Won’t be back either!!!

after check in your waiting time between 4-12 hrs ..... Don’t come to pick up the load hear if you have options!I don’t know how this location get 3.5 star because them unorganized ? Manager need to go lean from Texas facilities.

In order to get loaded, make sure you have 3/4 tank of fuel, correct pick up #, ID, and safety vest. Takes FOREVER to get a door. We've been here 2 hours and don't have a door yet! Also, driver's lounge/restroom is next to door 41. If you're in the staging area facing the docks, it's to your left, OVER the railroad tracks. 🚂(?!) Good luck!

HORRIBLE customer service. Every woman was yelling at you. From the minute we walked in. We had a question and so we walked to the front desk. The lady there yelled in our face that the horses were in the back-before we even asked our question (which was about the restrooms) the lady outside directing the people for the horses was screaming at everyone. Rude. Everyone was so rude we left because it was absolutely disgusting. Even my five year old daughter was appalled by their rudeness.

We were told that we could go through the barn to take pictures of the horses instead of waiting in line to take a picture with the horse. It was really uncomfortable asking people in line to let us through to take pictures Of the horses in the stall. There should have been a separate line to just take pictures of the horses and not with them. Or another staff there saying it’s okay for us to be there and not get yelled at by rude costumers.

The security check in and out is most ridiculous I’ve seen so far, driving almost 5 years... they expect you to slide your tandems correctly otherwise they will not give you paperwork. They make you get off the scale fix your tandems and go back in line again for about 45 min so you can check your weight again... this ppl are out of their minds... if get a confirmation with this address... I’m calling sick.

Terrible place for truckers to load; the lines just to get through the security entrance are endless, after waiting forever they tell us that our fuel levels aren’t enough for their standards, so we have to turn around go to Petro and waste another full hour. Coming back wasn’t better, we wait at the entrance again, this time we pass and pull in, just to wait for a dock for THREE hours, when we finally get a door they load like one pallet every 2 hours. The workers seem lazy and don’t respect or care for truckers. 😢 Our appointment was at 2pm and we didn’t get out before nighttime, messed up our schedule with the next load... PS Beware their scales are off by 4000 pounds!!!
