I was let down today not by the professional people at Camano, but by "corporate greed". I purchased a new product, by a new company, but the delivery system did not work on my Panda, so I returned with the faulty product for exchange or refund. To my surprise, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS! I will take my business to those who do not just shill a product but stand in honor of there customers.

New to the island, thought I'd stop in on 10/19/19. Talked to someone who seemed friendly and knowledgeable, offered a great first time experience and on my way out he mentioned an online purchase option with discount. The next morning I explored the online option and decided to call in w/ a few Qs. Boy was that a mistake. I spoke to a gal who was so unhelpful and condescending it spoiled the fun. She explained the discount was only if it wasn't applied already and that there was no way from a user perspective to tell when ordering until you arrive to pick your order up. When pressed on the fact that it defeats the purpose of ordering online for a discount she became frustrated and then rude and stated I would "need to escalate to a manager than". When I asked for a manager she mentioned no manager was avail and she was "in charge", I gave up. Won't be back.

First off, the people are nice, the cannabis is good, even if they are hardcore liberals. NOW THE PROBLEM, they scan your I.D. here and take a picture of it. If you want to stay off the government's lists, especially if you own firearms, don't go. People will tell you that everyone does it, that is wrong this is the only shop that has done this to me and I consume 4 - 7 grams a day while shopping at hundreds of stores a year. People will also say that it is innocently making sure you are a legal adult, they don't need to scan to do that, it's very very very hard (nearly impossible) to duplicate the security features on our I.D.'s. The only reason to scan your I.D. is to see and monitor the identity of those buying cannabis. The government is tracking you, this is going against the constitution and the liberty it was ment to protect. BOYCOTT ANY CANNABIS RETAIL LOCATIONS THAT SCAN I.D.

Save your self 20-30$ and buy the same exact product at prc in Conway or Arlington!!! As I sift through the different products I was looking at prices at PRC IN CONWAY, 95% of their available supply is priced 5-10 dollars above prc in addition to that when I asked if they price match with proof they said no. My personal opinion, living on Camano island there is no incentive to purchase products locally. when weighing out the options and prices in my opinion it is worth it to spend the extra $5 and time to drive to Conway or Arlington to save that extra $20 to $30 where not only will you get the same product for cheaper they also have more educated sales team. Bud hut does not offer any kind of customer loyalty system and most of their weekly deals are an incentive to have you spend more then you can afford rather than working with lower quantity purchasers. Truth is what I really see is a store that thinks it has a monopoly in a single area so they can charge what they want and nobody will complain

I believe they knowingly sell bad products. NB4 ( I can’t prove that claim) but Funny the troubleshooting pamphlet handed to me after the sale, after which is final. They have a no return policy. Stay far far away from this store. I don’t like pot anyway, but it helped my wife with weight loss issues from an illness.Go up to north to Conway, it worth your extra drive.

Been there 2 times. The first time wat I was told about the bud I purchase could not have been anymore wrong.i specified at I was looking for and wat I brought home. Tastes horrable,is extremely dry and does nothing good waste of 50 bucks. I went again hoping to just get a preroll I asked is this menthal..was told no. Feels like I just smoked a kool cigarette. So I call to complain and was basically being called a liar. Way to go budhut.These rude people know nothing about weed.

Wow DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE ... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I WAS MANGER AT EVERETT BUDHUT IF PPL WERE RUDE LIKE HERE I WOULD HAVE FIRED THEM ! You work at a classy island... Learn to treat others classy... Thats what we islanders expect. Any less and your business wont last long!Go anywhere else! These people are so rude and over priced.. Over priced is ok if you treated your customers with respect.. Act classy budhut.. That used to be your goal... I see your lacking everything for sucess. Ill def be speading the word not to support this budhut !!

There use to be knowledgeable people that worked here that were friendly and knew what they were talking about along with giving great recommendations. This place has gone down hill now. The new people are rude and unlike other places they have a no return policy of defective cartridges. I've spent quite a bit of money here over the years but I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I recommend driving 15 minutes past bud hut off of exit 221 and visiting PRC.

They seemed nice enough and helpful. The place came recommended as well. I ordered a gram of Hawaiian Dutch and a gram of Girl Scout cookies. They placed them in the paper sack and stapled it shut. Got home, and what was supposed to be Hawaiian Dutch was Grapefruit. Still does the trick but I was excited to try the Dutch Hawaiian. I suppose the lesson here is to make sure to check what you ordered at the register...
