I was just in and specifically stated to the bud tender that I didn't want a PAX cartridge. Lo and behold I checked on the drive home, and he DID give me a PAX, but didn't give me a receipt. I immediately returned in 5 minutes minutes to exchange it. They said they couldn't exchange it without a receipt. The guy was standing there and said "I gave you a receipt." The asst. mgr. says "I saw on the camera that he handed it to you" BS I said "then show me." She wouldn't. If you saw me on camera, you know I just bought it! This is NOT the first time this has happened at this store. My wife was given the wrong product too and had to go back after driving all the way home. That time the asst. mgr. said she would give us 20% off on our next purchase for the hassle. That was denied this time too! Supposedly no record of it! These people are liars! They are not competent bud tenders. Double check your purchases before you leave and make sure they give you a receipt!!!!
