Since the change in management, and lot of new staff, I would say the customer service is sub par. The prices clearly reflect a business that has zero competition on the island. They get my business ONLY because of that.

I want to give four stars but I also want upper management to stock more cowlitz gold and other affordable products from effective brokers. The selection for economy grade is slim, and if they introduced a few more options they would corner the market in the San Juan Archipelago. Don't even get me started about Token Herb...glad to make the trip from orcas on foot to receive quality service and a wide selection (even if I can't afford most of it).Also they need a carpenter or glazier or something! Their bottom left glass panel has been missing from the framing for months and it looks pretty ghetto. Anyone with a prybar could bust it open.
