Do not order off of the online menu. The numbers are not reliable. In fact, I have yet to find a reliable online menu at a single pot shop in all of Seattle. I ordered dabs that said 88% thc. I pick it up, same strain, same company, literally a 21% difference in the Thc level listed online. That is the difference between getting stoned and just smoking something for the hell of it. A waste of time ordering online. This happens every single time I have ordered over the internet. And they don't even bother with the online discount either. The pot shops in Seattle are starting to care less and less about quality and service and are turning into the stoner 7-11's. I'm done getting fooled by this place.

Grumpiest pot shop employee I've ever encountered, and I've encountered quite a few. I asked the employee (manager?) a question about his opinion on a product they don't carry (wanted to know if he has suggestions for something better or has heard anything bad about said product) but was met with condescending remarks. Before I could ask anything else he called the next person in line up to the counter. Effectively forcing me out of line. So I walked around the block to a great little shop and made my purchase there. You can't have rude employees AND limited selection when there are 2 options within a block.

Nirvana has been our go to since it first opened as Bud Nation. It's conveniently located, even though parking can be an issue on 16th. That said, it's great that they started letting people enter through the back. There's a small parking lot that you can usually find a spot. The staff are all great, super nice. They're always happy to talk about what we're looking for a provide suggestions. Plus they have daily deals and you earn points with every purchase. Check them out in the heart of White Center, you won't be disappointed.

Ever since this place changed to nirvana cannabis I have been so much happier going heee and am absolutely glad I gave this place a second chance.. before they didn’t really seem to have much stock and the old employees that I am guessing aren’t there anymore aren’t a problem anymore obviously.. the employees at this shop are always so welcoming and so informative about anything you ask them.. they will always give you what they think is the best product versus just trying to sell you the most expensive thing and that right there is my definition of a standup operating business.. I love this place now.. the only shop that has ever been able to get me back as a customer and for that to happen means the people here as well as the deals, especially on certain days, is nothing short of FANTASTIC!!!! I deleted my previous review that was negative as well cuz this shop does not deserve to have that on their reputation anymore!! I absolutely love these guys now!! Thank you for all the great customer service and thank you “Cooper” for pulling me back as a customer and seeing how amazing you guys are since the change to nirvana and for being overall just an awesome person!! Not saying he’s the only good employee at all but he pulled me back into this shop that I absolutely loved once upon a time... thank you nirvana for all your great customer service!!!!

I saw a brand of cannabis I liked here and called ahead of time and asked if there was any industry discounts (I’m a budtender and we don’t carry this brand) and the gentleman on the phone said no. I then asked if they offered any other discounts for first time customers and he informed me that if I sign up for the loyalty program in store, my immediate purchase will be 20%. I confirmed that that meant if I bought 3 or 4 grams, the entire purchase would be 20% off with same-day/same purchase and he said yes. Placed the order online for 4 grams and told them when I arrived. I then asked if I could sign up for the loyalty program to save 20% and she then informed me that that 20% off discount only applies to quarters, in quarter jars/packages only. I then informed her what I was told on the phone and how that differed from what she was telling me now. She basically shrugged and I had to pay full price. All the dispensaries I’ve been to as a patron and worked for as a budtender would try to accommodate this mistake made on their behalf. Especially if a manager is present (which there always should be). ALL budtenders must be aware of current discounts/loyalty rewards in its entirety (especially when specifically asked) and if they aren’t, they shouldn’t improvise or mislead the customer because of their lack of knowledge and then not try to satisfy the customer in some way. Instead, I’ll drive a little further for my cannabis needs to avoid dealing with incompetence and poor business practice.

Being a novice at this, I explained my expectations with no idea what was needed to make them a reality. The associate put together a vaping solution that has proved to address my every need. He could have steered me to a more expensive solution, but instead focused the sale on what was best for me. Only down side is: all sales are cash only. But, that was easily remedied with the on-site ATM.

I am just going to assume that the rudeness, racism, and white privileged actions and ignorance that spilled out of the probably white racist owner’s son mouth who worksworks at the store in White Center. How do these young white boys/losers get to serve the public. He even disrespected an older Asian coworker who had more professionalism them him and then his slightly older white Manager comes out and displays the same kind of ignorance, profiling and assuming my ID was expired. Yeah I’m a brother, a black man but I say F that. I don’t want to buy anything from a business like this. Bud Nation, what a joke. More like White Privileged, Inc.
Feedback:
This store like several pot stores advertised product in pre-order online menu but when you arrive they don't have what they advertised(there is a Federal law against false advertising isn't there?) Plus, the manager disrespectfully verbally, in front of staff on camera, accused me of being homeless..how cause I a wheelchair? I am not a homeless bum nor did I appreciate the disrespect..I could get an ADA lawyer also since no wheelchair access...if you have 1 leg like me have to get out of chair fold up wheelchair and hope to not fall...that is a Federal Violation of ADA accessible entrance. I will talk to ADA lawyers right now...

Shannon and Kang are amazing and really great at customer service, but Bud Nation gives you a neighborhood discount once, and forgets who you are the next time. Why the hell should I tell anyone about YOU in my neighborhood? You are always out of Pink Cookies, the only reason I give this place a chance is because they are close to me. 3 strikes, you're out! Do yourself a favor, STOP WASTING your time with this boo boo weed store. I'm DONE with you. 1 star.
Feedback:
Been doing business here for over a year. In fact, most of you either know me, or recognize me. I just came in and was greeted by the RUDEST person I've ever encountered there. I don't know her name, but she's a big girl, black hair, and a bunch of facial piercings. She treated me like I was never a customer there, and was a snarky, impersonal smartass. As a result, I will NEVER do business here again. I'll take it around the corner to Uncle Ike's. Treating people this way is NOT the way to retain customers. Which is why you just lost one. I'll never recommend this shop either.
