Sebastian would rather be on the phone instead of serving customers. both my boyfriend and I asked him two separate questions while he was “tending” us, and he ignored us completely. Why call up returning customers and then take a phone call while you are supposed to be serving them?? I also found out he’s a supervisor so what kind of example is he setting? What a joke. I vouched for this shop and I’m embarrassed about it now. We just walked away without buying our 710Labs and he still didn’t stop his phone call to tell us to come back or nothing, guy did not care whatsoever. Go to shops that actually care about you people.
