Disappointed! I could’ve had something delivered from Peapod or Instacart that would’ve been better. 1. For $100, The cheesecake platter looked nothing like the picture, no whipped cream, no “happy Mother’s Day” like one the picture, just dry cheesecake with fruit dangling off of it. 2. I paid extra for a balloon, which of course didn’t arrive. 3. I called to clarify delivery instructions 2 days before, she said she “she doesn’t have time”

they don't even deserve the one star! First I ordered an arrangement for my mother online it wouldn't be delivered till Tuesday ok its only 2 days after mothers day. Upon Tuesday she sent me a text saying thank you I didn't respond back cause I live in Arizona so the 3 hour difference I was still asleep since I work nights, when I called her in the afternoon she told me what she got hmmmmm missing a 5.00 balloon and a 14.00 bear!!!!!wth that's a lot of money. So I called but they were closed ok ill call in the morning. When I called the next day the automated message said free delivery wait what I paid 10.00 almost 30.00 they took from me.I was on hold for a total of 30min no one ever pick up the phone really is this how they do business. I understand this is a challenging time for us but come on if you say you are open be there for your customers we are keeping you open at the moment.

I love edible arrangements so much it’s truly unfortunate how lazy their employees are. It saddens me because legit I’ve order several arrangements from them. They gave me 15 strawberries for 100 dollars when the arrangement was a lot bigger with about 28-30 strawberries. You arrange for something so special that should make you happy and every time I order it’s like “WOW AGAIN!!!” It’s so annoying. It irks me so much GET IT TOGETHER! This is meant to be special legit I should not be getting upset EVERY SINGLE TIME because I don’t get what I PAYED FOR WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!

An arrangement was decided on as a gift for a co-worker. Having has a bad experience in the past, I placed the order with my fingers crossed!! Well it worked and the arrangement looked amazing!! So much better than expected and tasted just as good!! Fruit was fresh, which is what I was nervous about. Also, the service I received was more than exceptional!!! Beth helped me, she was professional but personable; also sweet and adorable!! I'll go back to this shop for all my business. I suggest anyone in the Worcester area does the same!

I ordered same day delivery and was stressing that it needed to be delivered by 1pm. I received timely notifications and was informed by the vendor that the arrangement had been delivered to the recipient as scheduled. I would absolutely do business with them again, but in the future I may order ahead of time as to not stress myself out with same day ordering and delivery. Overall the service was great and the recipient of my arrangement advised me that the delivery person was very friendly and kind.

I wish there was something less than one star. They delivered both times early in the day when I specified no one would be home. Their customer service is herendous and I would never order from them again. Their manager, Kimberly, was probably the most unprofessional manager I have ever experienced and Non apologetic. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

Normally I love edible arrangements. I send them to friends and family all the time. The product received was fine but I did not appreciate the attitude of the staff. I purchased two arrangements. The one from this store they rescheduled for another day and my other one from another store for got delivered fine. They didn't even offer me anything for the inconvenience. Not impressed.

Second time going to an Edible Arrangements for the holidays, this time the display was quite beautiful, fruit and chocolate looks good..But both times, different locations, they have run out of the balloons that came with my order. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but it wasn't ordered last minute, and they should inform you when they call you to pick it up if something is missing. Nothing against a specific store, but in regards to the Company, I would expect to receive exactly what I've paid for. Stock more balloons for the holidays, doesn't hurt to have extra.

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to grandma's house for Valentine's Day. Never delivered. Was put on hold for 25 minutes when I called the store. Called back on a different number, was told they would get back to me but didn't ask for my name or number until I asked them if they knew my name or phone number. (They didn't). Don't waste your time or energy dealing with this store.

I had these sent to my Mom since I live in Florida and she's in Massachusetts. I first messed up and had them to be delivered a day after her birthday. I called around lunchtime to tell them my dilemma and they said no problem they will be there today and sure enough she got them! She was ecstatic over them and couldn't wait to shut the door to show her neighbor who stopped by to wish her a happy birthday. She was like a kid about them and didn't stop talking about them and how absolutely gorgeous they were. This was the perfect gift for her! THANK YOU EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS For doing such a fabulous job!
