These people are awful!!! They never have any flower and they raised their price to make things not worth it I tried to terminate my membership and that took an entire week please don’t bother with buddy boys until they figure themselves out this is the highest I’ve ever seen their prices... they don’t care about their customers they are corporate but they don’t even have a corporate phone number this place is in way over it’s head I hope buddy boys loses a ton of money bc they don’t deserve business right now

Woof🤙🏾 love All buddy boy’s location for the most part! This specific dispensary is best for flower in my opinion.... there’s never a million strains to choose from which is oddly enough, perfect. But what really sold me (& made me become a member, medical) is the quality of their flower. It honestly doesn’t get any better. And wait, there’s more! It’s cheap as f!*^! Highly recommend.

Jenna is absolutely astonishingly awful! She is completely rude! How do you deny access to someone with a med card that is a member from shopping here? I have signed away from buddy boys, and am very happy I did! Good meds is respectful, caring, and has better prices for better quality, everything buddy boys fails to provide. For instance, one of the newest Buddy Boys owner also is a co-owner of Starbucks, no wonder why they now nickle and dime everything as well as took away several deals. Its not worth giving business to a place that isn't even decent to their members, nor do they give respect or pride in providing excellent customer service. They provide trash service if you ask me!

Edit in response to the owner responding to me: Your receptionists multiple times since the change have literally laughed at me when asking for shake and they say "I'd probably try again on sunday." You used to sell shake based on availability, maybe ill have to call up to 2 or maybe even a rare 3 stores before someone has shake. Now i have to call all locations for shake and since the change, usually ZERO locations have any unless it's Sunday. Yes you discount shake on sundays and "sell it regular price" other days that's what you say. But that's not how it works. 0 usually, maybe 1 buddy boy location sells shake during the week not on sundays now for higher price. Calling ALL locations to find out where the 0-1 place is that week, or you call them all and everyone says "try back on sunday" and you literally waste your time for nothing is a really frusterating feeling. I dont have time to call every location every single day and jump through hoops to get shake when i have been getting it like a normal person from you for 2 years. This is ridiculous ...-------------------This review is toward all buddy boy stores and their new policies that have been implemented within the past 2 months. I have been a medical patient registered with buddy boy brands for going on TWO YEARS STRAIGHT, but I'm on the brink of changing my registration to a different company.I'm not the guy who you make tons of money off of so my review might not matter at all to you but... I buy 2oz to 4oz a week, but I normally buy your shake. As of last month you now only sell your shake on Sundays. This is the 3rd time now that I've gotten there just after closing time because of my schedule on Sunday's and now have no buds again. When I do make it in time, there are also HUGE wait times on Sundays now at all of the locations (umatilla, s federal, kalamath, 38th n perry, walnut, I've been to them all since the change at the end of July beginning of August).You've pretty much made it so that I can only get the normal buds ive been buying from you for literally years now, only on Sundays. Trim is less in stock too as well now. If i have to jump through hoops for my bud I have no choice but to to take my registration elsewhere which is a shame because all of your bud tenders are nice but your new shake policy is seemingly just causing me huge amounts of stress.Also, your stores keep changing hours without warning to customers. Walnuts hours still reflect 9:30 on the website but they have been closing at 6pm each night no matter what for months now.

Zero respect for medical patients or their disabilities. They lost my business forever on my first visit after the receptionist made fun of and discredited my problems.Update: Even worse after asking them (and signing paperwork) to remove my metrics from their system and cancel my membership, I found out they lied and never canceled it. Literally they are stealing from their customers

I would love to rate this spot higher just for their employees - If that was the only thing to rate for they would get a five star review - but this chain is super frustrating to deal with. They have regularly been completely sold out of concentrates at multiple locations and their flower selection is fairly average for a medical spot with little strain rotation. I truly regret signing my plants over to this spot and joining as a member, I can get out of the contract this month and will be doing so ASAP. Basically, unless you are medical patient in need of meds immediately pick any other medical dispensary and expect better results over half the time than you would find here.

I normally dont have a problem with this store shoot I love all the stores and go quite often. But this time was a little on the bad side. I walked in and handed the guy my stuff and then he looks at it and puts it closer to his face and was scanning it like he was trying to find something wrong with it. Eventually he does not and tells me I can go on back. I had to run out to the car to get my normal glasses cause i have prescription sunglasses I forgot to change them. Then i go back inside and go in and the lady in the back just had a bad attitude about it all she asked what i wanted. I said concentrates please. So she grabs grabs the tray and just puts it on the table and steps back and just stands there with a look on her face like I was taking up so much time of her day. I told her the 2 payed and left. Overall it was just a bad vibe when I walked in the door feeling. And that's not the case at any other buddy boys I been into they are always welcoming. Shoot even this store was the times before this visit I dont know what was the issue this time.

I enjoy the customer service, but every time I go in there there is always the same guy on a computer tablet thing looking like hes playing games or something, who doesn't look like he works there. He always has a snarky bad attitude, and i'm not sure what exactly he does but he ruins the mood as soon as you walk into the store. I don't understand how a franchise would allow this personally. Other than the random guy who is always on a computer and is rude, the customer service is always friendly, product is great for the price.

I LOVE Buddy Boy Kalamath. Penelope, Sarah, Nichey, Allison, Joey, Collin, Forest, and big Collin are all amazing people and souls. Penolope, the shop dog is my favorite, she always comes up and greets me no matter what! What a great dog! Very well trained. She's a service dog so dont pet her. They always have my meds ready to go so I can keep on with a busy schedule. Their Medicine is always top quality. The finest kind. Way to go Buddy Boy Kalamath. Keep spreading the LOVE!!!

After Being a customer for 3 years loyal I had a Complaint and did so through Corporate and got Attacked saying I made threats to therebud tenders knowing they have Security cameras in which no threats were ever made ... Even shook the hand of the bud tenders as I was leaving ... But Because of this They Cut off my medical purchases and sent me walking without Medication and no way to purchase .. The lies and deceitfulnes of Management as well as The Budtenders when even security can see on Camera there was no threats made just 1 Guy was not being very friendly and I called them out on it ... Anyone seeking there trust should not shop where they cant take someone calling them out on bad customer service ...
