Went in the other day and bought what I thought was 2 ounces only to get home and find out I was shorted 1/2 an ounce!! Now seeing as that we shop their every single time we purchase and every one there knows us by name, not to mention the over $5,000 dollars we spent there in the last 6 months, we assumed getting the situation resolved would be easy. Bit unfortunately now my wife has driven all the way there only to find out know one knows about the situation and the manager is on break. .. but know one knows when she will be back or will not contact her to resolve the matter. To be completely honest with the proof I've given them N the video evidence they have it should have been just a walk in and walk out type of deal. But it's going on a week now and no resolve!!! Service has gone down greatly since the open of the rec side!!
