These people are awful!!! They never have any flower and they raised their price to make things not worth it I tried to terminate my membership and that took an entire week please don’t bother with buddy boys until they figure themselves out this is the highest I’ve ever seen their prices... they don’t care about their customers they are corporate but they don’t even have a corporate phone number this place is in way over it’s head I hope buddy boys loses a ton of money bc they don’t deserve business right now

As most of the reviews from this buddy boy location, they are very unprofessional and have no customer service in dealing with the public. First time I came to this location, I was talked about and made to feel less because I’m a medical card holder. I was told by a lady bud tender with black hair, probably Native American or Mexican, she go tell me to not come back to that location. Went back a week or so later Because they had the strain I liked and the same black hair lady said, I thought I told you to not come back. I didn’t say much because I needed my medicine. But It’s a very dangerous game playing with people and there emotions and feelings. If that bud tender don’t like her job, or not getting paid enough, she need to find a different career. They are Very very unprofessional and I’ll never go back there ever again. I’ll pay more for good services and products. If anybody has a better location they checked out and the customer service is better please let me know who and where it is. Thanks

I’ve been going to buddy boy Umatilla for about 3 years now . I recently came back after six months because I didn’t get my card renewed . However , now that I’m back a lot has changed in the last year . There is a whole new staff which is lacking very much in customer serivice. The only good bud tender is a guy named Cody. I went in today and a new girl was working . She had black hair and arm tats I didn’t catch here name . She didn’t say a word to me and didn’t suggest any strains or concentrates . Didn’t ask me how my day was or what she could even help me with . Overall think it’s time to find a new dispensary .

this dispensary looks at medical patients as a dollar sign. They hate veterans and they treat people very poorly as a company. Good weed prices if you like the same 10 strains for the rest of your life. And they don’t even keep enough weed for you to use and extended plant count. So I wouldn’t choose them if you want to buy in bulk. Also all they’re wax is mids. They have decent edibles but can easily go anywhere else and get something better. They’re not a lot of good things about buddy boys as a company. There’s way more dispensaries here in Colorado. Far better weed.

This buddy boy is by far the best one:) I have been going there almost daily for the last year and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The bud is priced super low for members but the quality is better than almost every dispensary I’ve been to. The Next1 wax and shatter is the best quality and price you’ll find around here! I love every single member of the staff there and I refuse to go to any other dispensaries anymore because they’re so awesome!

Nothing special really. Came here a few times. I have cancer and my id cracked but not all the way through. They looked at my id funny (maybe cause i had long hair in pic) and then said "the id was altered and they couldnt accept.". Had hard copy of med card other forms of id and had already been here previously. Pretty low for a place that gets u high.

I came in for my uncle, he is sick and he wanted some good weed strains. The weed in here was garbage, My uncle hit me because he wanted good weed. I failed him by coming here. That was the worst experience I will ever encounter. The staff made me feel as if I was speaking to a wall, my grandma that is dead knew more about weed than the staff.

I can say hands down this is the worst experience I’ve had with a dispensary. The customer service was garbage. The products were mediocre . They barley knew what they were talking about. The person I was speaking with made me throw up in my mouth a little bit. They smelled like if you were to not take a shower for a week then rolled around in a dumpster. That will be the last time I venture out & try somewhere new. I will stick with Karmasuticals. They are the real MVP’s

This review is toward all buddy boy stores and their new policies that have been implemented within the past 2 months. I have been a medical patient registered with buddy boy brands for going on TWO YEARS STRAIGHT, but I'm on the brink of changing my registration to a different company.I'm not the guy who you make tons of money off of so my review might not matter at all to you but... I buy 2oz to 4oz a week, but I normally buy your shake. As of last month you now only sell your shake on Sundays. This is the 3rd time now that I've gotten there just after closing time because of my schedule on Sunday's and now have no buds again. When I do make it in time, there are also HUGE wait times on Sundays now at all of the locations (umatilla, s federal, kalamath, 38th n perry, walnut, I've been to them all since the change at the end of July beginning of August).You've pretty much made it so that I can only get the normal buds ive been buying from you for literally years now, only on Sundays. Trim is less in stock too as well now. If i have to jump through hoops for my bud I have no choice but to to take my registration elsewhere which is a shame because all of your bud tenders are nice but your new shake policy is seemingly just causing me huge amounts of stress.Also, your stores keep changing hours without warning to customers. Walnuts hours still reflect 9:30 on the website but they have been closing at 6pm each night no matter what for months now.

Hate to say it but they are getting worse and worse daily. Nearly every strain is loaded with stressed premature seeds.. look with a microscope or magnifying glass and you will be mind blown. Can't see this place sticking around much longer even with all of its locations and licenses. Every location shuffles in n out employees like you wouldnt believe. I'm sure the owner is just shooting for one or two more big runs and then he will be done with the MIPs. Hate this place anyways could care less.. might as well be the new livwell.
