These people are awful!!! They never have any flower and they raised their price to make things not worth it I tried to terminate my membership and that took an entire week please don’t bother with buddy boys until they figure themselves out this is the highest I’ve ever seen their prices... they don’t care about their customers they are corporate but they don’t even have a corporate phone number this place is in way over it’s head I hope buddy boys loses a ton of money bc they don’t deserve business right now

Although I go to many dispensaries, Buddy Boys Walnut is my go to store even though I live in Westminster. They have the best member deals that Ive seen thus far, especially for store credit if you're a new Med Card member. The staff is always like on top of their game and I just feel like I'm visiting family when I go there. I like the actual space because it cant get to crowded so I've never had to actually wait. The longest I've waited since at Buddy Boys since moving here in Nov 2016, has honestly been exactly 6 minutes. They've always got a great selection of products, have no problem explaining the differences between products, ATM and bathrooms are right behind you so no need of walking around the store just to get cash or go to the bathroom lol. Not to mention their other locations that are evenly spread throughout the metro and surrounding areas. So go ahead and go see the family at Buddy Boys and you'll walk away very happy.

I was in on October 13, 2019 at the Rhino dispensary and the procedure to correct my med purchase is really disturbing. Being shorted a 1/2oz of flower by a bud tender in training. Calling to see how I can get what I paid for left me SOL. So will not be back. Very disappointed in this business’s approach to making it right with a customer.

The 8/10 times that I’ve visited this dispensary was just unsatisfactory. The deals and prices seem to be on the higher end and lower quality. The people seem nice, but the whole system seems off. Only select items can be discounted for birthdays and veterans which is odd. Now, I’m not saying it’s all bad, but I probably won’t be finding myself coming back.

A purely intellectual endeavor. My cannabis enlightenment has been trusted to an existential state. A plethora of knowledge and enchanted greenery and pabulum. A diverse attractive staff that stays serious with the sole purpose in life to pamper ones every whim. Every time I leave this place fully satisfied, free to pursue a life of religious fulfillment.

Awesome service. Gentlemen at the front checking IDs was berated by some jerk who came unprepared with a broken ID; who then decided to take it out on the employee. Their employee was very level headed and managed to take care of all patients there legally, even as the situation escalated. Excellent med selection. Kind staff who stick to policy and laws. Definitely would recommend.

Biggest selection of products out of all the Buddy Boy Stores, medical and recreational. Parking is limited so try to go at a non-standard time of day (avoid lunch breaks, Sunday mornings and after-work rushes.) There's a few employees who really stand out in terms of customer service, be sure to tip well if you see them. Brittany, Sarah, George, Preston, Saul, and Anthony (the manager) always provide great suggestions on medical whenever I come in.l

I shop on the med side. I can say i am very satisfied with the customer service there. I got helped out by Colin, he was very passionate about his job and i feel like he really went that extra mile to help me out with what i needed. I normally dont write reviews but after this last visit. It really made the day for me. Its hard to find places with good customer service now a days, especially at a Dispensary. This just shows how they really do care for the customers, and because of that i will always come back to this Buddy boy and continue to be a member with them.

Going on Vacation to Phoenix, needed to take my medication (I am a medical patient), so I took my vap battery into the store and asked for a oil cartridge that was compatible, they sold me a Craft brand Oil Cartridge. When I got to Phoenix I could not get the cartridge to work, I called Buddy Boy and advised that I would not be able to return it for 5 weeks when I return from vacation, George said to take a video of it "not working" and Maybe they would replace it but really iffy after 5 weeks. When I got home I called before I drove 20 miles to attempt to return it, they said they would not replace it as their is no warranty.I have recommended and sent many customers to Buddy Boy, will stay away from all of their stores now and no more recommendations.

I went tonight for the first time, I gotta say I really liked the atmosphere and the variety of products. But what really made me give it 5 stars was the customer service provided by this guy Kyle (Dischinger), he excelled and was the nicest person answering all of my questions and making me feel that there was 0 pressure to hurry on my choices. Amazing place!
