I've been a loyal customer here for about 2 years now and this place has totally done a 180 in the worst way possibleThe new staff here is TRASH i don't know what happened i used to look forward to coming to this location cause everybody was like family now the bid tenders are short, managers don't help make customers happy anymore. It's sad i miss that team, that good time is gone and it's sad they ran off their best workers now they're running off their best customers. Shame on you South federal

Love this place! My boyfriend has been coming to this location for two years and IIhave been coming here for over six months and it's my favorite. Richard C. on the med side is awesome. He is incredibly helpful at choosing what types of strains would work better for certain things. He also mentions all the deals so that you can make sure you get your money's worth. I always recommend this place to everyone. Especially MMJ Card holders. Being a member here really feels like you're getting the exclusive deals with quality flower on top of that.

Wow. Three different strains to pick from. Get your stuff together buddy boy. They run out of flower constantly because they sell it all to high plan count patients. Bud tender was very rude when I asked about it too saying,

This place sucks . . . . . Waited for 15 on med side, seen five people on rec go before me. The fat chick tells me the price and in the end they were not even 2 for 30. Come on is it that hard to sell weed and know your prices. And don't worry I'll NEVER COME BACK THERE . . . . .

I found this place by accident, and went back because the daily special I tried panned out, but I have been disappointed since.I use recreational cannabis medically, so I would check on the special before going, to see if theirs was a good fit, as I can only make it after work.One time, I enquired about the strain immediately before arriving, only to find later, they had actually run out, and replaced it with a sativa.The last time I went, they ran out save crumbs, and said they no longer replaced it when they did-Beyond that, it has simply been disappointing.After checking, I took a 2-hour bus ride to be told I was too late, that they wouldn't replace it, and that my options were to pay double for a regular strain, or buy what I could of the leftover, dried out, fingered, over-handled crumbs, still left in the big bin, for the same price those in the morning paid for fresh, good weed!Sounds pretty good, huh??They do not treat customers the same, based on when they come, they carelessly wasted my time, and have been selling me dried out bunk, because of when I can make it-- My business should be as good as anyone else's.There's a pretty good chance I'm not going back-I don't like being disrespected.

This is probably one of the worst buddy boy brand shops. I recommend going to the one that's off I-70. But they do have some great deals and member benefits. If your medical i d patient member rewards are insane :-) I recommend buddy boy to everyone but just not this store. Sorry guys I'm going to have to give you a 3.

There flower crumbles into dust! Staff is a hit or a miss, some I really like and enjoy seeing and many others whop I hate to see there and wonder why they are employed there ! In any case of the bud tender my experience is always disappointing and as big of a let down as not be able to blow some good green!
