Nice venue, friendly-looking advisors, good selection BUT the advisor fooled me three times in one visit:1. I was told that the bottle of an oil I was buying is 15ml while it was only 10ml.2. The terminal displayed only subtotal of $105 while total was $131.93. 3. The terminal rounded the charge up to $135 but I was not given any change. I would not mind leaving the change to them if I was asked, but I was not really. I am not sure if #2 and #3 are legal at all.Keep an eye on them.

Over priced than any other local dispensaries, low inventory, all the preroll and blunts aren't really quite effective as it says. The sales people are quite pushy and try to sell hard. At the end, they do charge your bank $5 separately even if you use the debit card and they never let you know ahead of time. They sell one gram preroll standard thc and standard size for $25 where other dispensaries the same product is for $10.00. Quite a rip off and shady place to visit. Also, be aware of surroundings while parking your car.

I went in with a litany of questions and the staff on hand was very helpful, not rushed, and focused on answering all of my questions. I was able to get what I needed and the staff also reminded me of some ways to save money. I miss Buddy’s but Medmen runs a very clean, professional operation with great customer service every time I visit. I will continue to come back!

Been coming here for a while customer service has seemed to take a hit. Seems the experienced is optimized for the 1:1 with a person who has zero clue what they want/need. My last 3 visits have had me being asked, "Have you been helped?" only for me to point out I have been, my order is up, just nobody is at the cashier for me pay.

I'm giving a 4 star because the product and variety is on fire absolutely a 5 star. However I was swindled. Wasn't given the flower I asked for. Instead the attendant completely pretended to get it and then charged me for the higher priced product. All though I still received the product I paid for it wasn't the product I asked for. Great place to get your meds but pay attention because we have some quick hands trying to get higher commissions. Really sad because other than the crooks it's a great place to get your meds and worth the prices.

Very typical cannabis shop, catering to all the noobs and those with disposable income galore. On the plus side, they carry VSOP Cannoli hashish. Staff is about as helpful as a new hire at Target, and probably just as old and knowledgeable. I did enjoy Frenchy's hash that I purchased here, eventhough it was $60 for a gram +tax. That being said, I don't plan to ever visit another cannabis club until they get real with their pricing. This isn't the 90's anymore, people. Prohibition pricing isn't justified. It's a plant, and it's pretty easy to grow good bud these days.....

Nikola/ Nicoli was AWESOME..!!First time visiting, had lots of questions.Visited San Diego location- also equally amazing.Nikoli3 was insightful, knowledgeable and shared best strains for anxiety, depression, etc.He also shared how their CEO had visited recently ^ & fully engaged with staff, and opening 4 new locations within the Bay Area, within the next year.Full pre-roll selection, Lola's, Henry's, and a new one I'm trying, Seasonal Harvest.Everything else, was also fully stocked and offering fair pricing ($24-$35/ packs, $14/tax singles).All in all, a great experience

I was not expecting the top notch service that I received when going to MedMen today. I have never reviewed a cannabis store before but I feel that the owner of this establishment should be recognized for the effort put forth in creating a modern chic establishment with employees who seem to love their job. A good manager knows that happy employees means happy and success for business.Nicholas V. was our bud tender and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I thought we’d be in and out but we we stayed because we were drawn to the different displays and good conversation. It’s not that I have ever had a negative experience in other cannabis stores because in my experience, all have been quite pleasant. However, I have yet to enter a cannabis club that made me feel like I was walking into an Apple store with my boyfriend but felt like Breakfast at Tiffany’s walking out. All the products were neatly displayed for customer viewing and smelling, kind of like Don and an Old Fashion in MadMen. 😉No hate to Airfield Supply Co. but we had originally gone to there and then left because the prices seemed ridiculous for the quantities given and MedMen had better prices and specials.After the church shut down Airfield was the only place in the downtown area. So it was very combiner and is a great location from a business stand point. Thank you to Nicholas and the rest of MedMen staff for your hospitality. Needless to say we will be coming back.

Great friendly helpful staff. Not much shelves or products display to shop from, so the majority of choosing what you want comes from working with the staff that's eager to help. It's not as much self serve as other ones where most people are just behind the counter and you go up and ask for what you want. this one is more like what I would term like an Apple or Verizon retail store. The staff is knowledgeable. Handicap parking is where entrance used to be not where it is now.
