Went in to get some things to help a family member through some major medical needs, and wasn’t sure where to start-it was a bit daunting. Dalin helped walk me through all kinds of options that I didn’t even know were out there. He was SO knowledgeable, patient, and helpful talking me through everything. Super kind to go above and beyond by giving some advice for cautious dosages/tracking that I hadn’t even considered. I’m so glad I came in and felt like I was in really good hands. I left feeling super good about what I ended up with. I’ve always loved Buddy’s but this experience really elevated the love. Thank you Dalin!!

I gave only 1 star because of the manager. She was extremely rude, embarrassed me in front of everyone, she was unprofessional in every way and all this because I ordered online before I left my house to run errands and forgot my phone when I left. I went to pick up 30 min after placing my order but I guess I showed up before it was ready. She yelled at me that I’m suppose to wait for the text. She kept yelling as I just stood there not understanding why. I left in tears and have not been back. This was a few months ago. I forgot my phone at home...geez, not that big of a deal. I had no problem waiting but apparently she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I would rather drive further and/or pay more than see that lady again. Rude!!!

DO NOT Waist Your Time here!!! The lines are extremely long even if you order online. Wait in line for 30 + minutes and then... Oh Sorry The Shop is Closed for 15 minutes to sanitize! (Why can't you have one person sanitizing everything while the others work? All the customers are waiting outside anyway.) On top of that always full Limited NO PARKINGl! OVERPRICED product.

This place had me wait in line for 30+ minutes to buy a single pen. After I picked one out, the girl working proceeded to give me one I didn’t ask for but I went with it anyways because it had been like an hour at this point and I figured it was a pen regardless. I get home and try and use it and it DOES NOT WORK. Anyways I’m tying this back in line now since I paid $46 and I want to get a refund. They wouldn’t let me skip the line regardless and I’ll probably be here for another hour - cheers!

So i understand with the Covid-19 virus going on you guys are running the shop a little funky and wait times are sadly long, but you guys really need to pop a hole in the wall and set up a express window like how Evergreen market over on Rainier ave has. I just spent over 30+ minutes(4th time now in the last week) standing outside, each time now i watched probably two dozen cars pull in and leave because of the line of people. That means you guys are losing money, a express window would be a good investment, put a end to the long wait times, boost sales and wouldn't be hard to put in. After spending 30 minutes in line and finally getting inside i usually walk out of you're shop in under 60 seconds, because i myself already know what i want. I could only imagine all the others who like me browse the menu online before heading over would appreciate a express line and window.

I go to Buddy’s all the time.I bought a cart there a few days ago and after smoking it for a day or two it broke apart as I was screwing it out of my battery and the contents spilled out on to my hands and carpet because the bottom peace broke away. Today my cousin went in to return it and the manager told him no because it wasn’t half full. How could it be when it fell apart? Why would you only accept returns on carts that are broken in a certain way? Me and my cousins spend so much money there. It really sucks that they just won’t believe us or don’t care if I lose 45$. I don’t get it.

I orderd a order online they had it labeled blueberryshake and wanted 63 for a once and has a picture of the bud on the add i pic the bag up dont look in it till i get home and it wasnt what it was suppoed to be it was a once of leaf for 63 bucks so i call and see if i could return it since it was never open to get what i wated which was supposed to be bud and they deny me and tell me im stuck with it beware i used to like this place but will go elae where after this if I had a choice I wouldn't even give him one star

I come here all the time no problems but then i come in today and they tell me no virtacles i just came in the morning so i guess morning is the best time if you dont want problems and i always come in with the same id everyday...i just went in again and they let me in i guess it is better to go in on friday through sunday with a vertical id the weekend staff is alot better then monday through thursday they need to get on the program on the weekdays and train better

Not the best selection of lower priced oz's. They advertise $99 dollar oz's but there were only 2 to choose from and neither were very good looking. Tiny buds with lots of stems showing. I bought one to try but it was a total waste of money. Don't know why their prices are so high. With the surplus of weed in WA, I'm able to find better deals elsewhere. I will avoid buying from them in the future. I've tried them off and on for the past few years and find it the same each time. I'm sure if you have an unlimited budget, you will find something decent.

I used to enjoy coming here but that was out of my own ignorance. The first and only time I experienced an issue with a cartridge, they refused to accommodate any kind of correction. Just a sorry you had to waste $50. I brought the original packaging and receipt with no consumption on the cartridge and a clear description of what the actual issue is. Definitely recommend against shopping here, there are plenty of places with the same selection, better prices and hospitality staff.It was nice while it lasted buddy's.
