Refused to do walk around of car, had to get them to manually write down on paperwork all the dents and scratches. Claimed they didn't even have paper work to do the walk around with and "knew" what damage was on the vehicle even though I didnt. Be extremely aware of these tactics. First and last time renting here. You lost my business budget.

My daughter was in an accident and needed a rental. We visited this location to rent a car for her. Saeed, the manager could not have been more kind and accommodating! After a very stressful day of towing her car, etc. this rental was fast. The car is perfect and clean! I can't thank them enough for the great rate and exceptional service. I will never rent a car locally anywhere else. :)

Horrible Service. Double Charged after repeatedly stating the car had been pre-reserved. Wasn't even escorted to the vehicle, thrown the keys and basically had to click the button to find it in the parking lot.Had to spend 30 min on the phone going in circles to finally get one of the charges cleared for something that was completely avoidable if this business wasn't concerned about making a dollar over having a solid reputation.
